The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Here you can easily jump into the water in the summer at the swimming area that is 100 meters away or why not skate in the winter. The house is built next to beautiful Vassboherrgård and is a perfect accommodation all year round.

About 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country tracks, bathhouses, bike trails and the university Dalarna. 3 minutes drive to the city center and grocery stores.

A small amazing cozy house that is well planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to all Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the natural paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and falu mine etc. NOTE: Bed linen and towels are included, but you will have to make the bed before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

Sjövillan is a total of about 200 sqm of which two apartments (about 100 sq.m.). Both apartments are on two levels. Both with private entrance and balcony on both front and back of the house. A spacious, bright and cozy accommodation with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen with all amenities, a large terrace facing the lake.
