Holiday rentals with a patio in Oroklini

I have stayed here several times and would certainly recommend this apartment.

Fajny nocleg, wszystko co potrzeba było w mieszkaniu, do tego balkon na ostatnim piętrze wychodzący na cichą uliczkę. Dodatkowo mogliśmy zameldować się na 3h przed planowanym czasem, nasz host szybko odpisywał w aplikacji, super udogodnienie. Lokalizacja idealna, 5min do starego miasta, z drugiej strony tuż obok piekarnia, blisko przystanki autobusowe. Polecam :)

We had the best time at the Sunflower apartment. Everything was super clean and well maintained. You basically have everything you need and especially the balcony was our highlight. The host was very responsive and always there to help. The area is really calm but it is not directly in the city centre, but this is no issue at all as it is only a 10 minute drive :)

Nous remercions Maria pour son accueil très chaleureux. Son logement est magnifique avec une très belle terrasse et il était très propre. Il dispose également d'une piscine et d'une salle de sport. I’ve stayed for 2 months there. it’s good location, 1 minute walk to grocery store and 5 minutes to the sea. A lot of good restaurants nearby . House was clean with everything you need inside. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Fint och rent boende! Ligger lite avsides men ändå inom någorlunda gångavstånd till turiststråket med barer, strand och restauranger. Med bil är det dock väldigt praktiskt och parkeringsplats ingår. Komplett utrustat kök. Trevligt med takterassen men det blåser ibland för mycket för att kunna ha parasollet uppe. För oss fungerade det perfekt!

Wonderful stay! This is a great location, especially if you’ve rented a car. For those relying on public transportation, it might be a bit less convenient. That said, the property includes a private gated parking space, which is a huge plus. The house itself is beautiful and spotless. The welcome brochure was the best I’ve seen anywhere—detailed, thoughtful, and super helpful. All the amenities were excellent, and the complimentary gift was a lovely touch. The jacuzzi was another highlight—spacious, perfectly heated, and a great way to unwind. The only minor downside is that it’s located in the front yard; a little more seclusion would have made it perfect. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay in the Larnaca area. You really don’t need to look any further!

Nagyon rendben volt Marios segítőkész. Tiszta és rendezett minden. Az ajto nehezen nyílott, de gyakorlással rá lehet jönni. Az ágy eléggé recseg,de legalább hallom ha a hálótársam megmozdul🤣Nagyon kedvező az erhelyezkedés 10min séta a tengerpart.😇

To był wspaniale spędzony czas pod kazdym względem ! Ludzie których spotkaliśmy, miejsca w których bylismy , miesjce w którym spędziliśmy czas i mieszkalismy - to wszystko złożyło się na niezapomniane krótkie wakacje.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, nur 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, top gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts: leise Klimaanlagen, Tupperdosen, Adapter, reichlich Handtücher und sogar Strandzubehör wie Liegen, Schirm und Taucherbrille. Draußen gibt’s einen Wasserhahn und einen Eingang direkt ins Bad – super praktisch nach dem Strand. Der Flughafen ist 10 Min., Supermärkte 10–15 Min. entfernt. Ja, man hört Flugzeuge – besonders anfangs – aber es stört kaum, und mit der Zeit fanden wir es sogar schön. Wir waren Ende Mai da, fast allein in der Anlage – traumhaft ruhig. Das Bett war bequem, auf Wunsch gab’s einen Topper. Der Strand ist flach, mit wenig Wellen – ideal zum Baden. Und Gastgeber Stavros? Herzlich, aufmerksam, immer erreichbar – und der volle Kühlschrank bei Ankunft war das i-Tüpfelchen. Danke für den wunderschönen Urlaub!

Pola is a perfect host, and we felt right at home upon our arrival in Cyprus! A 15 minute drive to the house from Larnaka Airport and we were settled in for relaxation😌. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need, comfy beds, spotless bathrooms, plus a handy outdoor shower for a quick post-beach rinse, and a private parking spot. A 3 minute walk straight to the coast gets you to a small staircase down to a quiet pebbly beach with beautiful clear waters and perfect temperature, especially in the morning since the wind tended to pick up a bit in the midday while we were there. Our favorite was to continue walking along the coast to the organized sandy beaches, namely Faros beach, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and has a bar for drinks and snacks. Very local and low-traffic, which was exactly what we were looking for! Take note that you would definitely need a car to visit Larnaka or for groceries, as there's only a small kiosk within walking distance!

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Again everything was perfect, we will comeback! Perfect for family.

An excellent trouble free holiday from initially booking to departure. Communication from Kris and Bianca was excellent including a very good brochure on the house and facilities, with ideas where to eat drink shop visit etc in the larnaca area.The house was exactly as shown / described on the site listing, in a stunning location right on the beach front. plenty of parking , and close by a bus stop for the main larnaca / airport bus. The house was very clean and comfortable and well furnished. kitchen had everything you could possible need. overall a very relaxing weeks break. would deffently stay again and recommend a stay here if thinking of visiting Cyprus

What a great place, nicely designed and big, with a shared pool, beatiful view and everything you need. they even left us some toys for our kid. The village is wonderfull, walkable with lots of charm. We loved this airbnb. Just don't open windows and sliding doors in the afternoon. We had lots of mosquitis the first night because of that. Next nights when we kept everything tightly closed it was great - no mosquitos.

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, war sauber und hat an Ausstattung alles was man braucht (inkl. Sandspielzeug für Kinder, Sonnenschirm für den Strand & Tuperware usw.). Das Check-In und Check-Out funktionierte problemlos. Der Strand ist in Gehdistanz, zu unserer Reisezeit waren die Restaurants am Strand inkl. Liegestuhl Vermietung allerdings noch nicht geöffnet. Da es im Dorf selbst, nicht so viel gibt, lohnt es sich ein Auto zu mieten. Empfehlenswert ist am Ort selbst das Restaurant Theta. Ansonsten gibt es in Kiti alles was man braucht.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse. In 15 Min. ist man an der Promenade von Larnaka. In der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Tavernen und Galerien. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig, man wird nicht vom Straßenlärm gestört. Internet war schnell und zuverlässig. Das einzige was mich gestört hat, war ein Raumbedufter, den ich auf den Balkon verbannen musste, um keine Kopfschmerzen zu bekommen.

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

The place has been absolutely amazing, it has been exactly what you could wish for! The swimming pool is truly private and only for your own use. The area is peaceful and quiet but you can e.g. order all the groceries there and food from different restaurants. I worked remotely part of the time and the Wi-Fi was good for that. It is not really an apartment, but more like a villa in terms of all the amenities and privacy. I also felt really safe there. I would also like to praise the private backyard, which opens up to the swimming pool through the large glass doors via the terrace. Sun shines on it most of the day but you can also be in the shade on the terrace if you want. There's bottled drinking water, lots of towels, sunscreen etc. I'd come back anytime and would recommend it to everyone! Vera is a perfect host, she gives you all the information you need and is ready to help you at any time. She really wants you enjoy your time in there and is a kind and caring person.

Bardzo dobrze nam się mieszkało! Przytulnie, spokojnie, czysto, mieliśmy wszystko co trzeba. Bardzo polecamy!

A great stay. Been to Kiti many times and really enjoyed this stay as always. Great apartment and communication with the hoist was excellent. Check seemed to be earlier than usual at 10.00am and a bit later would of helped. All in all a great stay.

Wir haben exakte Anweisungen bekommen um die Wohnung zu finden und in sie zu gelangen. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Parkplatz im Schatten ist vorhanden. Aufzug in den dritten Stock. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, nicht unnötig vollgestellt. Alles was wir benötigten, haben wir gefunden. Adapter für die Steckdosen haben wir nur einen gefunden, hatten aber unsere eigenen dabei. Die Wohnung war sauber. Zur direkten Umgebung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir eigentlich die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren und nur zum schlafen und frühstücken in der Wohnung waren. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter hier. Kommen gerne wieder.

Очень близко до центра и Финикудес . У Сотирии в доме есть все для мытья посуды, стирки , утюг . Абсолютно все есть для комфортного проживания . Супермаркет Агротис 7 минут , Метро 13 минут ходьбы . Большая терраса . Защищенная от солнца терраса . Есть лифт. Большой набор посуды для запекания и бокалов для напитков . Белье есть . Есть одеяла и пледы, чтобы согреться на балконе . Очень хороший wi fi . На балконе комфортно .

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
