As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

I highly recommend this place. Very comfortable and cozy apartment. There's nothing missing and you can feel at home. A very large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean is worth noting.

Peniscola can be accessed on foot, but it is better to go by car, dangerous shoulder. plan to park a little far from the beaches, otherwise expensive parking.

Hosts' hospitality was flawless. He is very attentive and quick to answer the questions. The only observation if they go to this region go by car as it is very far away.

Paqui and Leonardo have created a spectacular space to disconnect. The house is a pass, the fireplace is spectacular, and the surroundings are wonderful. We will be back for sure.

it is in a very quiet village, the house is very nice, everything is perfect with many details, the only thing I did not like is the mattress, this old and sunken in the middle I think I should change it in Mr. Rafael on a rest trip is fundamental

We had a house to ourselves and with 1.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms, it could easily have hosted 6 people. At night it was cool enough that the lack of AC was not an issue. There was a roof deck and chairs to hang out, just be respectful of neighbors. The bufador was around the corner and parking was nearby, very convenient and scenic location. We loved it and walked everywhere during our stay. Everywhere we stayed in Spain, there was some noise, but ear plugs took care of it. Make sure to check on your car because while you can pay for multiple days, there was a note stating that the lot we were in would be closed for some activity that weekend and we had to move, but we found additional parking easily enough. Peñiscola is a beach town, going there is like going to Florida or California to hang out at the beach.

We were very well in the apartment, a few meters from supermarkets, bars and shops. As a suggestion we would say that it would not be too much if a hose was possible to cool off and remove the land when you arrive from the beach. But otherwise highly recommended

Priceless views, a dreamy terrace and a beautiful and quiet area for strolling (even with a pseudo private beach in the urbanization), less than 30 min walking (and 5 min drive) from downtown Benicassim. Large beds, comfortable kitchen and a very flexible and friendly host. It is a high price home, and some of the housing features are not exactly "luxury" , but in balance I highly recommend the accommodation if you are looking for privacy, tranquility and unparalleled views without giving up the convenience of being very close to the city center. Also, our dog was very comfortable, which is an undeniable extra.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. There are several markets, restaurants and the beach is also 5-8 minutes away. A perfect place for families with the Marina d'Or show and several (amusement) parks. The pool was also perfect for the kids. I have no complaints. And communication with Ruben was also smooth. He responds quickly and is very friendly. I can only recommend this apartment :)

The apartment is very nice, very comfortable, they have everything. If you have any problems they will answer you quickly and fix it as soon as possible. The only drawback is that the train and the apartment are half an hour walk away and if you go very loaded it gets very long because there are no taxis or anything to get to the apartment in a more comfortable way. It has everything you need, even more (beach helpful,essentials,etc.). The patio is enjoyed a lot,it gives the shade most of the day, so you can eat, dine and be him. Overall it's fresh. We did not need to provide air conditioning. With ceiling fans, enough It is a very comfortable and complete apartment. The pool area of the development is very good as well. It is not the first line, but the beach is a short walk away, it is surrounded by bars, terraces, shops, etc., but it is very quiet to sleep. Pablo is very friendly and attentive to anything that was specified before and during the stay. Facilities and flexibility also with check-in and check-out time. Very good stay, no question.

Great communication with Antonia. Very responsive when needed The apartment is in a very good location, 1st line of the sea, a dream! It is close to the center, with well-maintained pools and parking! The kitchen is new with quality appliances. Except for the downside, few cooking utensils... missing large cutting knife, bread knife...etc The bedding is very good, the bedrooms are equipped with plenty of storage. The apartment was clean upon arrival. As for Peniscola, it's a very beautiful city that I would never get tired of! We've been going there for 8 years!

Rubén’s apartment was the perfect choise for a one week vacation in Costa del Azahar. We travelled with our two years old boy and we found everything we needed. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Rubén is the best host! He helped with everything, always answered quickly. Hope we can enjoy his hospitality again!
