I would like to say that Rose & Wal were very welcoming, especially after a very long drive from Taranaki to Tauranga due to an unfortunate crash on the Awakino gorge. Everything was really cleaned and fresh. Next time i would like to bring my family and spend a good couple of days to enjoy the beautiful city more. Thanks again Rose and Wal.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

Catherine's place exceeded all expectations. The space itself was incredibly roomy, making it perfect for relaxing, spending time with others, or just enjoying some quiet downtime. There were plenty of things to do, which kept everyone entertained throughout the stay—whether it was exploring the surroundings or enjoying the pool, reading books and playing the piano. What really stood out, though, was Catherine's hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving a handwritten note and some thoughtful snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. It's those personal touches that really make a difference and show how much she cares about her guests’ experience. Everything about the stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I honestly can’t think of a single downside. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway.

We had a great time staying here during our family’s visit to Rotorua. Joe was extremely communicative and helpful, ensuring it was easy for us to get into the house and had everything we needed for our family of young kids. We loved the location and the beautiful views and hope to be back to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities!

WOW, Julie the host was incredible :):). From the get-go she was super responsive, friendly and so patient while we worked through the details of our long stay. She went the extra mile with regular check-ins, cleaner arranged and was very supportive to our colleagues needs. Would highly recommend Julie. Oh! and the property is exactly as described, neat and tidy and homely.

Chloe was always friendly and helpful. while issue with app getting check in details, so could not check in on our own as we needed Chloe to txt details to us for access, but we got there in the end. we have already booked 2 more weeks as working in Papamoa.

We had a fantastic stay! The home is modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean—everything you could possibly need is provided, and all of it is high quality. Communication with the host was excellent, fast and friendly! We especially loved the cozy gas fire in the lounge, which added a warm and welcoming touch. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

David’s accommodation can’t be faulted. The 2 bedroom home was spotless. The beds were so comfy and linen was pristine. Felt right at home with lovely toiletries and complimentary tea/coffee/milk. Secluded off street parking was fantastic. Super close to restaurants. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend this property.

So loved staying here it is so peaceful yet so close to the Mall with everything you need. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Caroline is amazing and takes great care of you, so quick to respond. Even though this place is on the same property as the owner it is private and quiet. We were a family of 3 generations and sadly attending a funeral , so were not at the house all that much. But it was in a perfect location and was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Anna the host was very approachable and an excellent communicator. I would definitely recommend The Views

Handy for us to our family and to the main roads. Kitchen well kitted out with any basic you might need. I really appreciated the washing machine which was quiet and easy to use.

I had a wonderful stay at Rosemary's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and Rosemary was communicative and helpful throughout. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, felt like a fresh build, looked cosy, warm enough. Very peaceful and quiet. We had issues with WiFi - it didn't work for two hours in the evening. Note that there is no microwave, hair dryer or mirror, you can see that in the description but I hadn't paid much attention until we arrived. Otherwise great place, thanks Cara!

The house was a great place to stay while we explored Rotorua. It was convenient to many of the tourist attractions we were seeing and the home was a peaceful place to come back to at the end of a busy day.

We loved our stay at Nicks place - beautifully clean and has everything you need. Lovely furnishings, beautiful view and a perfect space for our family couldn’t fault it thanks Nick!
