Very well appointed and great location, being a quick drive outside of Rotorua central yet close to amenities and some neat cafes. Very much enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing from every corner of the house. The kids really enjoyed the pool/trampoline. Great location for Golf enthusiasts or just down the road from a Mountain Bike trail/hike. Highly recommend for large groups. Tatiana is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had a fantastic stay at Toka Ridge, booking the beautiful “Toka 4 – Koko” villa. It was a last-minute trip to Rotorua, and we truly lucked out finding this absolute gem. The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed, a perfect home away from home. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The villa had everything we needed and more, including a luxurious spa pool an absolute highlight, especially with Rotorua’s cozy, rainy weather! For those new to the area, the guest book provided at the property is incredibly helpful. It’s full of local recommendations, tips, and helpful information to make the most of both the home and the Rotorua experience. A big thank you to our host, Liam, who was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Toka Ridge exceeded our expectations the kids loved it, we loved it, and we’re already planning our next visit!

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy little cabin! Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of Rotorua, it was the perfect base for a peaceful getaway. The cabin was beautifully designed – clean, and full of thoughtful touches like local coffee, extra towels, and a comfy bed. We also really appreciated the private outdoor hot tub – perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the Redwoods or soaking in the nearby hot springs. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and gave great local tips. This place had everything we needed and more – we honestly didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend to couples or solo travellers looking for a quiet, relaxing spot in Rotorua that's close to most activities.

We are unsure where to start! The cottage exceeded our expectations and we were honestly so happy with our stay. The sauna, outdoor bath, indoor spa bath, the tranquillity, the cottage amenities, all of it. It allowed us to "Disconnect to reconnect" with each other. We cannot thank Denver and Diane enough for the beautiful spot they have made available for us "townies"
