Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

8 Min Drive to downtown Nevada City, we're close by but feels remote! Relax in a comfy QUEEN BED, refined 2nd floor studio apartment (& Asian antiques showroom), with 3/4 bath & kitchenette. Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.

The home is a block from Bidwell Park with swimming holes, hiking and playgrounds at our doorstep. It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out. Please contact host if interested in booking the backyard studio for an additional nightly cost.

Classic Chico porch house on the historic Humboldt Wagon Road. The interior features a light and airy atmosphere updated amenities throughout. The property backs up to Little Chico Creek with greenbelt on one side and friendly neighbors on the other. It has a fully fenced back yard and is only seven blocks away from Bidwell Park and downtown.
