Come enjoy our carefully renovated outbuilding in early 2024. You will be totally independent, quiet, and can enjoy our 2000 m2 flower garden. Ideally located if you come to attend a wedding or event at the Ferme de Genièvre (80 m, 1 min walk) or at the Chéraille (5.7 km, 8 min drive). We designed this space to be cozy and well-equipped like a hotel (fiber-optic Wi-Fi, memory foam mattress, iron, hair dryer, tea and coffee)

At the home but independent, upstairs bedroom of a small annex next to our house. 7-minute walk to Épernon station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.
