Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà, 20 minutes from St Martí d'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

Apartment of about 65 square meters with living room, kitchen, dining room with fireplace, large bedroom with double bed and bathroom with washing machine. Large garden area, swimming pool and porch with barbecue outside with views of Orriols Castle. 15 min from Sant Martí d 'Empúries (sea), 20 min from Figueres and 20 min from Girona. Free parking in front of the house. The car must be left in front of the sports court.

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

It has two bedrooms which sleep 4 people comfortably. Country cottage style decoration with an Ibiza touch, cool in summer and with good central heating for the winter. On the way to Cadaquez and France. Near to the beaches of St Marti D’Empuries, L’Escala and Sant Pere Pescador. This is a great option !
