Apartment of about 65 square meters with living room, kitchen, dining room with fireplace, large bedroom with double bed and bathroom with washing machine. Large garden area, swimming pool and porch with barbecue outside with views of Orriols Castle. 15 min from Sant Martí d 'Empúries (sea), 20 min from Figueres and 20 min from Girona. Free parking in front of the house. The car must be left in front of the sports court.

Aprop de ciutats com Girona, Figueres o Banyoles així com també pots arribar al mar amb 20 min. Molt aprop de la sortida 5 de l'autopista AP-7.
