Holiday rentals with beach access in Orr's Island

We had an excellent stay at this property. The host was wonderful, providing us with plenty of local recommendations and always friendly. The house was easy to find and exactly as described in the listing. It was spacious with plenty of amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. The decor was upscale and tasteful. The only downside was some noise from people walking upstairs, as the house is quite old. The neighborhood was lovely and it was easy to get downtown via Uber. Overall, we highly recommend this property, especially for friends and couples.

The place was great! very cozy and comfortable with a great location to so many beautiful state parks in an adorable town. Awesome that it's so close to Portland even though it felt like a world away because of how adorable the town is. the hosts were great, Deborah was so Incredibly sweet and offered so many fantastic restaurant and food recommendations (we followed several of them!). They had so many things available for you just in case you forget something (even umbrellas and rain coats!) Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

We had such a cozy and comfortable stay! The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and the little touches made it feel extra welcoming. The location is also superb! Extremely walkable and close to tons of amazing restaurants. One of our favorite parts was starting each day with a walk along the Eastern Promenade which then led us to make our way into beautiful Old Port. Meredith is a wonderful host- so kind and friendly. Her pup is extra cute too. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Enjoyed our stay so much! Nestled into a picturesque and quiet town. Super easy to get to and from Portland without having to stay in the hustle and bustle of staying directly downtown. The house itself is charming and clean. Felt like we were coming back to our own home every night after exploring Portland and the surrounding cities. Plus, the banana bread was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Jeanne’s place was absolutely perfect for what we needed! Clean, exactly as expected, and walkable to everything which was key for us. Would recommend to anyone going to Peaks!

Great stay! Location is perfect for everything we wanted to do, be by the water, stay right next to downtown, and a short walk from our tour with Eco Adventures. Furniture was very comfortable and everything was clean. Great restaurants in the area. Would return back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home with our extended family, including a total of 6 adults and 5 kids. We had two additional adults spend one night, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a group of our size. The location is unbeatable, right on Drakes Island Beach, with incredible views and direct access to the sand. While we didn’t go in the water, we spent plenty of time relaxing on the beach, walking along the shore, and enjoying the peaceful setting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The large deck and open living spaces gave us plenty of room to spend time together and unwind. This was a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d absolutely return again. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

Can’t recommend this AirBnB more if you’re staying in Portland! Jennifer was a responsive, helpful host & the home is lovely with a lot of small details really thought through. The location is perfect - walkable to so many great restaurants, cafes, breweries, & the Eastern Promenade. This was our first trip with our 3 month daughter and Jennifer had the pack & play set up for us (which worked out perfectly), allowed us to check in a little early so we could feed her after a long trip, & had the perfect space for her (including blackout curtains)! Overall one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve stayed in!

Wonderful little spot very close to the beach. Plenty of places to walk to from the location as well as a short drive to Old Orchard Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Tysons place. Its a perfect location, only like 5-10 minutes drive from Old Port. The home is clean and beautiful. Street parking was super easy. Always space right on the side of the home. Each room has its own A/C. Would definitely recommend staying at Tysons place!

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

Great place! Close to the beach. Easy and fast communication when we needed to specify parking questions.

Great location (definitely check out Pedro’s across the street). The place was clean and well stocked with necessities. Beds were comfortable, pillows were good, curtains would have been nice due to the early sunrises.
