The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Exclusive and beautiful accommodation by Orsasjön. This nice timber house has a quiet location with a lake plot, its own jetty with lounge furniture, boat. On the large lake property, there is plenty of room for play or just peace and quiet. The lake offers fishing for pike, perch, etc. There is a child-friendly beach. On the south-facing porch, there is garden furniture. From the veranda, kitchen, dining room and bedroom upstairs with its own balcony, you have a wonderful lake view. Snällasgården is a genuine valley farm where the original house is now a large kitchen with fireplace with room for 12 people. The farm has been extended twice and today provides a comfortable place to stay for two families. Two living rooms, where the most recently built one has a large fireplace, large sleeping loft and high ceilings. There is an electric sauna inside the house and in the yard a wood-fired sauna. The farm borders the forest, is peaceful and it is close to Orsa, Mora and Grönklitt with many outdoor activities and culture.

Tomteland is about 1.5 miles away and worth a visit. The forest is close for lovely walks and spending time. Siljan is within walking distance to the swimming area/Saxviken or the swimming area/Kepphusviken at Mora Park
