To my dear host, thank you Muhammed for an incredible stay at the nicest house in Trabzon. Your hospitality, kindness and attention to detail made this stay memorable for all of our loved ones. Although it was only for a few days, we will plan future stays with the wider family, especially to enjoy the beautiful scenery from every window of the house. I’m rating this as a 5 and must stay at when in Trabzon for anyone looking for a peaceful stay located strategically in a nice area with services close by.

The accommodation is clean and has most of the needs and the host is friendly and cooperative .. It is preferable to have a car to move around, noting that access to the cottage is by a high road and there is a little bumpy

Mr. Faruk was always open to communication and always helped us. He gave local advice. The house was clean and we really felt very comfortable. The heating was sufficient, and we would also like to thank you for the treats. If we come to Trabzon again, we would prefer this place again.

The dwelling is a couple of sticks. Each Fella has 3 floors Very quiet and overlooking nature Approximately 8 minutes drive from the sea and services near the villa is a mosque and a simple supermarket There is a high car near the villa to pay attention to The owner of the villa is friendly and cooperative In front of the villa, the family of the owner of the villa, and they are friendly people as well Housing is very suitable for those looking for nature and tranquility and a car must be available for a little distant from the sea and services One last note. Accommodation close to the airport approximately 20 minutes away A/C needs more attention

I had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful villa! The view was absolutely stunning, and the house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Your excellent holiday start with excellent accommodation. This Spacious, Modern, Quiet villa is what I am looking for. It is in a great location with three Balcony over looking the green and the sea. First floor comes with living area, eating table, equipped kitchen, toilet and big balcony. Second floor with three bedrooms, balcony and very big bathroom. Third floor is a big studio with sofa, bed, corner kitchen, toilet, shower and Huge balcony with barbeque corner. The house is clean with plenty of towels. There are three air condition. The area around the villa is green and great and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and more. The best part of my experience was the support from Mr. Sameh. He is really great Man. He greeted me at the airport with his sister. His sister took my family by car to the villa. And he came with me and helped me with my luggage and helped me to pick up my car from the rental company. On the first day, one of the air-condition suddenly did not work, I called Mr. Sameh and told hem about that. and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new air condition (this was a great service from a person who really take care of his business). He was always available to give information and support at any time. I am pleased with everything and I am happy with my friendship with Mr. Sameh. If I visit Trabzon next year, defiantly I will take this beautiful villa again. Conclusion: Strongly recommended

The apartment is clean, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, a dining table, a living room, and a kitchen, the same description, its location is close to the square 8 minutes, the owner of the apartment is wonderful, responds directly to WhatsApp, very friendly and cheerful. I wish her good luck

This place is even better than the pictures! The home is peaceful, with a stunning view that takes your breath away. The host and his family are incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming — they made us feel like part of their own family. Everything was clean, comfortable, and full of warmth.
