We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite the considerable delay of my train and helped me with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was not a problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. There was also milk, small cakes and coffee, and a fresh bouquet of flowers on the table. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Gladly again!

frencesco is a nice host. She responds to questions right away. A warm and sincere welcome . The house is just as it appears in the photos. The kitchen has everything to cook. It has a beautiful bathroom and a large balcony. The location of the house is very good ,on the beach and 3 km from the city center. But we never needed the center. There is a supermarket 1 km from the house. There are ice cream shops, pizzerias and nice places to have coffee around within 5 min walking distance. We were amazed by the magnificent nature of Italy. We wish to come again

Rosso Matonne offers views of the countryside that feel like something out of a painting. From the moment we arrived, Barbara made us feel at home —offering local tips and warm smiles that never felt forced. The Apartment and grounds are immaculate. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, and close to Sulmona. And then there’s Ellie — the adorable, friendly family pup who quickly became the highlight of our trip. Always happy for a cuddle or to join us for a stroll, she added a comforting, homey touch that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Italy with some truly wonderful company. 🌞🇮🇹🐾 5/5 stars – We can't wait to return!

Great accommodation, Carmelita was always very helpful and kind! The directions were very clear and above all the location very convenient both to reach the most distant beaches and the closest ones, and of course the center within walking distance!

We stayed two days to visit Ortona and surroundings and we took the opportunity to make the Trabocchi bike path. The apartment is within walking distance of the center, very comfortable so as not to use the car. Very kind host! Short but refreshing vacation!!

My wife and I stayed for three nights with our dog at the property and we really enjoyed both the location and the perfect cleanliness. The host gave us great tips for restaurants and places to visit. Overall, an absolutely positive experience.

We took this house with friends and we really felt at home. It had everything we needed, comfortable and warm. As much as we liked it, we also decided to stay one more night. We hope to be back soon.

Our summer final vacation as a family of 4 in Giulianova was completely successful. The accommodation is modern and has everything you need. The location directly on the sea is great.

What a gem! It's much much better than the pictures show it. the hosts are super friendly, the location is beautiful (but you do need a car obviously to get to places), private jacuzzi and great wi-fi!

Wonderful place. Intimate, very relaxing, full of details and precautions, very clean. Very kind owner, very nice and attentive to give every indication. The area is very peaceful. If you want peace, it is a good place to "escape".

We were able to spend a wonderful and relaxing time at the La Chiocciola Resort. The rooms were not only cozy, but also always clean, which made our stay all around pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality of the landlords, who take care of the well-being of their guests in a wonderful way. The furnishings of the living spaces, especially the kitchen, were excellent and left nothing to be desired. We were able to prepare delicious meals and enjoy the time together. Another highlight was the extensive and well-kept garden, which invited you to linger. It was the perfect place to sit back and enjoy nature. A special experience for us was the whirlpool, which offered a welcome relaxation after a long day of exploration. We look back with joy and fond memories on our stay and can fully recommend the La Chiocciola Resort. We will be happy to come back!!!

We stayed in the accommodation located in Teramo outside the historic center, but close to the highway exit. Really easy to reach. In addition, the house is renovated inside, very spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. We had a great time!

You can tell right away that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment itself is a small luxury paradise. Everything is high-quality, tastefully furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. We were particularly enthusiastic about the whirlpool - simply fantastic to relax after a long day and to end the evening. Another highlight was the modern smart home system. Everything can be controlled via a central tablet - from lighting to music - totally intuitively and comfortably. We had a lot of fun and felt like we were in a small high-tech hotel.
