If you are looking for a peaceful time cuddling very cute cats and breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, you are at the right place. We had a great time in the nature and found this little house very homely.

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Alloggio ben curato, pulito e fresco nonostante la stagione estiva, un punto di forza è la veranda esterna, ci ritorneremo probabilmente.

Piękne mieszkanie, urządzone we włoskim klimacie. Bardzo czysto. W pełni wyposażone , w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej. Super lokalizacja, do morza spacerem 3 minuty , do centrum max 10 minut. W spokojnej okolicy. Pani Simonetta jest bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Na samym początku przedstawiła nam miejsca do których warto pójść , poleciła najlepsze restauracje , a nawet na koniec zamówiła taxi na lotnisko na konkretną godzinę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno jak zawitamy w Pescarze to też się tam zatrzymamy.

Veramente brave persone si vede che ci tengono molto a ciò che fanno! La casa un vero gioiellino! Grazie dii cuore di tutto: ritorneremo.

Siamo stati molto bene a casa di Federico, accolti da suo padre, persona molto gentile. L'appartamento è carino, pulito e completamente accessoriato. Non abbiamo dovuto utilizzare l'aria condizionata perché è fresco e si sta veramente bene. La zona è ricca di vigneti e coltivi, il tutto molto rilassante.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Wohngegend von Pescara, der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Der Pinienpark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Außengestaltung ist wunderbar, Tisch, Stühle, Sonnenschirm und eine superbequeme Hängematte. Innen ists klein, aber fein. Marco und seine Familie sind tolle und nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Wünsche sind sofort erfüllt worden. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und wäre gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Auf jeden Fall werde ich wiederkommen!

Abbiamo soggiornato io ed il mio fidanzato da Adriana a giugno, una persona molto disponibile, gentile e non invadente, la casa pulitissima, molto spaziosa, la consiglio vivamente

Barbara e suo marito ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e cordialità, hanno mostrato dettagliatamente l’alloggio e le sue caratteristiche. Si sono resi molto disponibili dandoci consigli ed informazioni utili. L’appartamento era molto pulito e ben attrezzato per delle famiglie, comprese le dotazioni per i bambini. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Lo consigliamo.

Miguel jest świetny zawsze pomocny bardzo polecam jego apartament

Soggiorno piacevolissimo! Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni a Fossacesia con i nostri bimbi di 1 e 4 anni, e a casa di Simona ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è un fornita di ogni cosa e Simona è stata davvero gentilissima a fornirci su richiesta il seggiolone e un apprezzatissimo benvenuto con cestino per la colazione. La posizione di fronte al mare è davvero impagabile, sia per la possibilità di utilizzare il terrazzino per i pasti che per la comodità di attraversare la strada e trovarsi in spiaggia. Molto comoda anche la presenza del box con ingresso diretto al condominio.

Abbiamo trascorso giorni magnifici nell’appartamento di Graziamaria. Quest’ultimo è ancora più bello dal vivo e vanta una spettacolare terrazza che si fonde in un tutt’uno con il mare e il cielo. L’appartamento si trova al quarto piano di un palazzo con ascensore e scendendo ci si trova praticamente sulla spiaggia. Ha una cucina ben fornita di tutto il necessario e presenta una pulizia impeccabile, sono inoltre presenti due condizionatori d’aria. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla sig.ra Francesca e suo marito Mario, persone di un’accoglienza unica. Spero di poter tornare presto in questo piccolo gioiello sull’Adriatico!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Alessandro in Pescara. Aardige host, behulpzaam netjes en vriendelijk. De ligging is perfect, tegenover het strand en een paar minuten fietsen naar het centrum. Wij zouden graag een keertje terugkomen.

Ubytování u Noemi a Alessandra bylo jednoduše skvělé.Vše odpovídá fotkám i popisu,je vidět, že apartmán s láskou a péčí udržují.Instrukce k příjezdu byly detailní a přesné, takže jsme snadno našli a ubytovali se.Děkuji Noemi za vstřícnost k mému nadstandardnímz prsní ohledně spaní.Krásná terasa a odjezd bez potíží.Mohu jen doporučit!!

L’appartement est très propre et spacieux, exactement comme décrit. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement, avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. Nous n’avons que de bons commentaires à faire sur la propreté et le confort du logement. Le seul petit bémol : les voisins du dessus étaient malheureusement assez bruyants en soirée (vers 22h-23h), ce qui rendait l’endormissement difficile et réveillait notre bébé. Mis à part cela, notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Nous recommandons cet endroit !

Giovanni est un hote très aimable et réactif! Une petit attention pour nos enfants nous attendaient à notre arrivée ce qui nous a clairement beaucoup touché. L’appartement est beau, lumineux et spacieux. Il est très bien équipé et on peut remarquer que comparé à d’autres appartements en location, les équipements de celui-ci sont régulièrement renouvelés pour donner un aspect de neuf. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la place de parking privative et l’accès à la plage à 2 min à pieds. Nous séjournerons avec grand plaisir dans ce logement pour notre prochain séjour à Montesilvano.

Lovely 2 days with Adriano. He's such a lovely man. Lovely evenings on the shady terrace which was very needed as the temp was in the middle 30s. car parking spot also. He has thought of everything to make your stay a happy one. Thank you.

Je ne serais par où commencer. Francesca est juste extraordinaire 🥰 En plus d’un logement au top du top qui correspond totalement aux photos, Francesca nous a donner beaucoup d’info concernant la ville, les choses à faire et à visiter et surtout à manger également 😋 Merci encore pour votre réactivité pour les messages et pour votre gentillesse. Vous êtes dévouée pour aider vos hôtes et rendre leur vacance paisible. Francesca a tout installé dans l’appartement pour notre petit garçon. Ensuite n’ayant pas la possibilité de rester dans la chambre pour la sieste de notre Loulou car ce magnifique appartement attendait déjà de nouveaux voyageurs, Francesca nous a laisser profiter des ses transats et parasol sur sa plage privé. Quel bonheur de voir son enfant dormir avec le doux son des vagues 🥰 Et la cerise sur le gâteau, Francesca a garder nos valises toute la journée et nous les a amené directement à l’aéroport à l’heure de notre départ. Juste milles merci à vous pour tout! ❤️

We had a fabulous 9 night stay at Luciano’s beautiful apartment. It is even better than shown in the photos and the view from the outside terrace and main living area is stunning. It is very central to Sulmona which has many fabulous restaurants and bars but also very quiet and peaceful and the whole apartment is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in which we did a few times using the fresh local produce from the market. Luciano met us on arrival to show us round the apartment and have some great restaurant recommendations. We were in Sulmona for hiking and there are many excellent choices in the Sulmona area. It was our first visit to this area but we would love to return and would definitely stay at Luciano’s place.

Romina was a wonderful hostess. She was kind enough to pick us up at the bus station and even took us to the bus station for our return. She had pizza and pastries waiting for us as it was a late arrival. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. They have taken care to ensure you are very comfortable. We felt right at home. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Was very convenient for walking around central Lanciano. We can’t thank Romina enough for all her kindness. Will be looking forward to a return to this apartment and Lanciano.

La stanza è davvero centralissima, perfetta per chi vuole vivere il centro città a piedi! L'ambiente è bello, arredato con gusto e accogliente. In generale la pulizia era buona, anche se ho trovato un po' di polvere in alcuni angoli. Il letto era leggermente scomodo, ma comunque adatto per soggiorni brevi. Fabrizio è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e gentile. Nonostante questi piccoli dettagli, consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per la sua posizione imbattibile e l'atmosfera piacevole!
