Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Charm in the wild

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

WITHOUT ANY SCREWS . Close to the Landes beaches, this quiet and elegant accommodation will welcome you during your holidays. Located 15 minutes from Capbreton and close to the highway, this apartment is for you! It consists of one bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of sleeping two other people on the sofa bed in the living room. An outdoor space with wooden deck, barbecue and a small artificial grass area will be perfect for your relaxing moments.

10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

CABANE PERCHEE

Unique 10 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, cabin perched on stilts, made by the owner. Built respecting nature, you will be seduced by its 25 m2 terrace in which an oak tree seems to come out of nowhere and offers you its foliage as a roof. The Cabin is built on the family property outside Capbreton, where we welcome our family every summer in a warm and friendly atmosphere. You will not be isolated but totally independent.
