In addition, there is a sunny roof terrace that can be used if desired. Street parking. The apartment is in daily use. Personal items/clothing will be in the apartment.

The living room is equipped with a projector that projects straight onto the big white wall, and with the connected Chromecast, you can transform the room into a cinema. The big window has automatic blinds that go up and down as you please. There is a big shower, and the kitchen has a wine cooler.
