Great beautiful spacious accommodation in a beautiful place. Very hospitably received by the host with tips for points of interest. Highly recommend for the peace seeker!

For those who enjoy enjoying nature undisturbed and/or swimming, this is the perfect location. Except a single resident on the other side of the lake Klostervannet, you won't see anyone here. I felt like I was out of the inhabited world. Erik and his wife have decorated the cabin very personally, I suspect they stay there often myself. There is a good stove with oven (bring your own an oven dish) a nice fireplace, a barbecue, several places outside to sit and a jetty and a rowboat by the lake. There are games for the children and they can also enjoy themselves with treasure hunts, climbing trees, running etc. If they have a bike with them, they can cycle miles back and forth here without danger. There is gas (the fridge also runs on it) but no running water and electricity. Erik had 50 liters of drinking water for me, which was more than sufficient. And for when dark, there are numerous candles and tea lights and lighters at all. I would also like to experience winter here!

We had a great stay at Hildes place. The cabin was the perfect getaway location: quiet, beautiful and very close to the train station to Oslo. When it was sunny, we enjoyed the seating outside. The cabin had everything we needed. Hilde was very proactive in her communication. Jakob even brought us some extra firewood for the fireplace.

Hosted here for 5 years in a row. Intimate and cozy, and love the local surroundings and amenities! Seems a place to relax and have peace.

Our stay at Lene's was a little time in Heaven! It was so beautiful, peaceful and clean.

We had a very nice stay and can recommend a visit. Charming farm in green and beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Rustic and pleasant style inside, we felt at home right away😊.

The view from the stairs was magnificent, and the stay was beyond all expectations. We used the available travel bed (however, we missed the bottom plate; this was not found). A cot was also available on the second floor. We traveled with two children, 2.5 years and 7 months old. We therefore all slept on the first floor, which was a little cramped with the travel bed, but perfectly safe. A safety gate for the stairs was also available. For families with older children, the second floor will be a good alternative. We look forward to another visit!

We have been to Hokksund several times in connection with work, and then it was important for us to be able to relax, make our own meals and sleep well between sessions. We get it at Åshild - and on top of that in beautiful surroundings and with pleasant hospitality. Recommend!

Beautifully located house with lovely views, private patio and garden. Very well equipped kitchen Everything was clean and tidy. We could also borrow the boat and row a trip around some beautiful islands just outside. Rural and pleasant with sheep grazing on the meadow below the house. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Liv Irene's beautiful home. It is such a cosy home with a beautiful garden and everything was very clean. The chickens and duck were so much fun to look at for our children and there are many beautiful spots to visit in the surroundings. Only downside was that many streets in the area are narrow without sidewalks so we felt most comfortable taking the car to get around since we had children with us.

It was just an amazing stop at Agnes wonderful place. We really enjoyed the calmness and coziness. The kids had also great fun in the outdoor area and the barn. Highly recommend, if you want to take a few days off and relax! Agnes and her husband are wonderful welcoming people!

Great place, great setting and super nice host!

The place was a great fit for a family of 4 who would stand a couple of days on the slopes at Norefjell. Easily accessible. Master bedroom up and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Altial what you need for a nice weekend getaway.

We stayed at Petter’s place for a family trip with 4 adults and a baby. It was a lovely and peaceful spot with some woodland walks nearby. It’s also only 15 minute drive to the coastal town of Holmestrand. They have a pig and two dogs and the farm adjacent has several horses. There is a lodger living downstairs who kept to herself. The house was clean and tidy and nicely decorated, as per the photos. We didn’t meet Petter but he had good communication and was flexible in allowing us to check out slightly later. Many thanks!

We had an actual day at Den Lille Store farm, and a wonderful overnight stay in the blueberry. Would highly recommend! Very good service, we were served both a lovely dinner and breakfast - and got to care for and cuddle with all the animals, and learned a lot about them. It's not often you pick your own eggs for breakfast!! A real memory for life, thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻

We had a really great stay at Ove's house. He is really nice and helpful. The house was ideal, a perfect place if you need some peace and quiet. We will definitely come back 🙂

Really nice place. Nice cabin with lots of light. Lovely sunsets from the large terrace. Peaceful and quiet. Absolutely a place to find peace. Great beaches with chalk white sand just a 5 min drive. We really enjoyed ourselves here. Good and quick communication with the host, and, which is a big plus. Definitely recommend.

Rune is a lovely and communicative host with an amazing property! The pictures of the house almost don't do it justice - classic old norwegian building with a really restful, cozy atmosphere...It is beautifully furnished with a great view of Lillestrøm and farmland. A totally stress-free and fun experience. We hope to be back soon.

We greatly enjoyed this fantastic place with our 2 children. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were lovely. The view is breathtaking! Children were allowed to help feed the chickens. Judith is a very friendly and helpful woman.
