Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.

House is located in Baerum, a surburb only 12-minute drive ride from Oslo city centre, offering a perfect combination of tranquil getaway and city life. The neighborhood is friendly and most people in the street know each other. You will most likely see children roaming around the streets.

Leiligheten har egen inngang i en del av mitt hus. Den er koselige innredet med hytte stil. Det er en privat terasse oppe og delt hage/uteområde nede. Stedet har turmuligheter rett utenfor døren og kun 15 minutter til både fjell og by, bademuligheter om sommeren og ski om vinteren.
