The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and is exclusively available. A Gasgrill and fireplaces both inside and outside with wood is included. Whirlpool (75€ / stay; April-Oct.) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

The city center of the beautiful city park and the outdoor pool of Wolfsburg are also nearby.

Nice functional place to stay for some time near Wolfsburg. A private bathroom, TV and Internet also allow longer stays, above all the residential unit is closed and no room needs to be shared. There is no kitchen, but there is a kettle, a cooler and cups. The Lüneburg Heath is also nearby. Laundry facilities are available in the shared basement with an electric tumble dryer. The two-room apartment is located in a traditional half-timbered house about 10 minutes by car from Wolfsburg city center. It is located on the second floor and is reached via a staircase. The bathroom was modernized in 2020. Compact vehicles can be parked in the yard and larger ones on the street about 20-30 meters further. The washing machine & dryer in the laundry room can be used for a fee of €2.

Basement apartment in Gifhorn

The basement apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished in August 2023. Due to the basement location, it remains pleasantly cool in the summer months and insulated warm in the winter months. The apartment is newly furnished and equipped. The basic equipment also includes powerful, free Wi-Fi and MagentaTV Smart. The bedroom offers separate sleeping accommodations for two people.
