Semi-detached home was new in the summer of 2019. It is beautifully located on the fjord edge of Torsnes. The holiday home is fully equipped and has panoramic views of the fjords and mountains. At the house there is an outdoor area with a quay and a small private beach. It is well located for fishing in the fjord. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The whole house consists of two separate apartments. This is one of them and is one of them. The smallest unit is in the front of the house. Jondal is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.

This special place is idyllically located near the lake and beach. The apartment is located on the top floor with entrance from the parking lot for several cars. The living room has a high ceiling and large windows that provide plenty of light in the apartment. Nice view of Bjørnefjorden. Waterborne heating in all floors. The apartment is located in a quiet area within walking distance to bus and shop. Great hiking terrain and beach are in the immediate vicinity. To Bergen city center 26 min. Bergen Airport 22 min. by car.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

The apartment is modern and newly built, ideally located close to the E39. It’s just a 20-minute drive to both Bergen city center and the airport. The surrounding area offers excellent hiking opportunities right on your doorstep, while the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. The balcony is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the evening sun, which lasts until after 9 PM. Free parking is available, including the option to charge an electric vehicle.
