Relax in the "Casolare Famiglia Grande", a cozy Umbrian retreat in Petrignano di Assisi, just 2 km from the San Francesco airport. The house offers ample indoor spaces, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bright living area, and a children's play room. Outside, there is a large garden with a barbecue and play area. 10 minutes from Assisi and 15 from Perugia, it's great for exploring Umbria. Nearby you will find local amenities and quick access to the E45 freeway.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The Laran apartment (named after the Etruscan god of the force) is located in a historic manor residence in the early 1900s, located just 1.5 km from the airport, between Assisi and Perugia. In the same residence there are four other apartments, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 17 people. From our accommodation in 10 minutes you can walk to the center of the acropolis and visit the architectural and artistic beauties that our city can offer you.
