The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. Elwetritsch EG vacation home on the North Sea

Our apartment is located in the idyllic village of Ihlienworth directly on the Medem. It is located on the first floor and is one of the two bookable apartments in our cozy vacation home. The apartment has been completely renovated and has a modern kitchen, a bedroom with separate anteroom, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower and underfloor heating, a large living and dining area with sofa bed and a fireplace for the cool days! Otterndorf is about 9 km away.

The wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger. If you feel like taking a canoe tour, our canoe is at your disposal, because opposite our cottage there is a canal on which you can drive around a little between meadows and fields.
