About 1 km to Trosa beach and 800 m to the harbor with lovely restaurants, nightlife, boating & Trosa's nice walking paths. You rent the upper floor, which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two balconies and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant.

NOTE: The hot tub is not a jet-powered whirlpool, but a wood-fired hot tub. The property is located adjacent to the road that runs between Vingåker towards Hävla and then Katrineholm or Rejmyre.
