This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

Completely newly built compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of the center of Åhus. 15 minutes walk to the sea, and amazing environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to stay in a different home, with nice feeling and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for a surcharge. The pool is available June-Augusti. You have access to the patio with lounge area and dining table.

Located between the sea and two fine golf courses you will find this accommodation with a spa feel. The property has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both swimming pool (not heated) and hot tub. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.

Cozy farmhouse with beautiful views

Welcome to our farmhouse in stunning Österlen! The well-equipped house 150 sqm has 4 bedrooms, full kitchen and patio in the south with barbecue. To the west a heated pool and patio to enjoy the sunsets. For golfers and to explore all Österlen has to offer there are lots of sights nearby. From midsummer and August, the house is rented out weekly, with changeover day on Saturday. Other time the house can be rented for long weekend (min 4 days) with check-in Wednesday or Thursday.

Our summer house sits in the rural heart of Sweden's beautiful Österlen countryside. We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. ​ Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.

Här i hjärtat av Österlen har vi hittat vårt paradis på jorden; med underbar pool, utsikt och plats att umgås. Med bästa läget på Österlen kan du enkelt upptäcka allt som finns runtomkring och hitta just dina guldkorn. Huset är en klassisk skånelänga från 1800-talet men gott om charm. Huset omfattar ca 180 kvm plus källare och garage så det finns gott om utrymme för umgänge både inne och utomhus. Det är ca 2 km ner till vackra Gislövs hammar där det finns sandstrand.

Wildlife chalet on our farm

When you wake up, our fallow deer/chickens will greet you. We have a farm with 20 hectares. In the evening, there is communal feeding of the fallow deer herd. From mid-June, the fawns can be admired. The cottage was completely newly renovated in 2023/2024. It has a living room with a wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and high-quality bathroom. The sleeping area is located on an intermediate level with panoramic windows.
