In the immediate area you can take mountain trips, visit the great beach as well as sand volleyball and tennis court at Hjellvik, 2 km away. A 14 foot plastic boat from 2021 with new 6 hp located in the jetty 400 meters from the house is included in the rent. There are also 2 bikes that are located in the basement. Osterøy is a great starting point for nice mountain hikes. Tirevollfjellet at 303 meters above sea level, is a 1 hour walk from the door.

The hosts live in the farmhouse (the largest house) in the yard. In the yard there are also 3 kitty cats, 5 rabbits, and currently 2 ponies. Om vinteren er det fine plassar å gå på ski i nærheten. Mange fjellturer i nærheten, aktuelle heile året, både lange og korte.

Det er 50 min til Flesland flyplass.Alver har en unik natur med mange fine turmuligheter for både små og store.Huset har en seperat utleiedel som er langtidsutleigd.
