Nice house with boat at Osterfjorden

Here you can enjoy the lake with the boat located in the jetty, 5 min walk from the house. 45 min drive to Bergen. In the surrounding area you can take mountain trips, visit the beautiful beach as well as sand volleyball and tennis court at Hjellvik, 2 km away. A 14-foot plastic boat from 2021 with a new 6 hp located in the jetty 400 m from the house is included in the rent. There are also 2 bicycles in the basement. Osterøy is a great starting point for nice mountain trips. Tirevollfjellet at 303 meters above sea level, is 1 hour walk from the door.

Cozy cottage

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Mountains right behind the house with several hiking opportunities, and lake below. In summer, a SUP board can be borrowed by appointment. The hosts live in the farmhouse (the largest house) in the yard. In the yard there are also 3 cats, 5 rabbits, and currently 2 ponies. Otherwise, many mountain hikes and hiking opportunities on Osterøy, e.g. Bruviknipa, Kossdalssvingane +++ Distance to Bergen: 32 km, about 35 min by car. You can take the train from Arna to Bergen, it takes about 20 minutes.

Apartment in pristine nature

In this place you can find peace for both body and soul. The apartment is located in a peaceful spot on Osterøy, without noise and engine noise. From the apartment you have lake views of the beautiful Osterfjorden, and can enjoy the sunset from a cozy garden just outside the entrance. Parts of the apartment are brand new (June 25) and appear both practical and homey. There is a short walking distance to mountain trips, beach and sports facilities. Possibilities to rent extra cottage with room for 2-3 children. Fresh eggs in the chicken coop.

Sea and nature, idyllic cabin. Trail 15 minutes.

Cozy and well-maintained cabin by the lake. The interior is warm and tidy. Connected to the electricity, small stream through the garden. Enjoy the simple cabin life close to nature. Wake up with a wave, take a swim or have a cup of coffee on the bench by the water. It is about a 15-minute walk to the cabin, first on asphalt and then on a trail in quiet forest terrain. Wear boots or good hiking boots as it can be partly muddy. No wifi, no inside water inside. Clean bed linen (make your own bed) and hand towel included.

#Beautiful outdoor area and cozy little cottage#

A place where you can find peace and enjoy your days without worries, here you can sunbathe, grill and relax in peace and quiet, the place is sheltered and without view. If it rains, you can still sit dry under the roof and at the same time be outdoors. This is a small simple cabin with great outdoor possibilities. The cabin is surrounded by water and a river that goes down to the sea. There is also a convenience store and a hotel as well as a small gas station. You can use a boat down the river to shop, or walk 5min.

Welcome to Birdbox Bergen, which is located in rural Bergen. Here you are at one with nature, while enjoying comfort. Here you can enjoy sunrise all year round from the bed. The sunset is spectacular in winter, while in the long, bright summer evenings you can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere in and outside the Birdbox. Bergen Birdbox is located on the pasture of Øvre Haukås Gård, where sheep graze all year round. In spring you can be lucky and experience panoramic views of the lambing.

Sofia's house with fjord view - 30 min from Bergen

Sofiahuset has been in our family since 1908. It is now renovated and has all the comfort of a modern home as well as charm from the past. Conveniently close to the E16 road between Voss and Bergen. Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Basement apartment with 1 bedroom with space for a baby bed and with a sofa bed in the living room. Outdoor area with a small barbecue. Close to water for the possibility of fishing from land and swimming area for all ages. Osterøy has many great mountain hikes to offer and is at the same time only 40 minutes away from Bergen city centre. Leave the place as you find it.

Sunny cottage by the sea – only 1 hour from Bergen Here you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the sea, take a dip on hot summer days (or a bath in the jacuzzi) Rowboat available for free use from April through October. Outboard motor available at additional cost. Fine hiking areas in the high mountains or in the lowlands. I can be available for a free private guided hike in the nearby mountains.

Hilltop apartment

Welcome to the top of Eidefeltet on beautiful Valestrand! Here you can relax in peaceful surroundings overlooking both fjords and mountains. From the apartment it is about a 10 min walk to Valestrand city center with shop, café, and ferry connection to the mainland. Bergen city is no more than 30 minutes away by car. Around the apartment there is a great hiking area with marked trails and fjord views.

Charming cabin in Bruvikdalen

Our cabin is for rent. It is peacefully located by the eastern lake in Bruvikdalen. About 1 hour from Bergen city. Possibility to borrow two kayaks and a small rowing dinghy. Rispingen, Olsnessåto, Høgafjellet and Bruviknipa with new sherpa stairs are some of the great mountains that are within a short distance from the cabin.
