Welcome to our nice, well-equipped cottage, built in 2022, in Björnrike. The cottage has a nice view of Sonfjället. Here you can relax with family and friends. Proximity to nice slopes, long trails, hikes and two golf courses. To the lift it takes less than 5 minutes by car and about 10-15 minutes to walk. Klövsjö golf club is about 30 minutes away by car. So also to Hede Golf Club. The cottage is located on Mosippevägen/Fågelvägen. The house has a charging box from Zaptec 11Kw.

Brattland ski lodge has a quiet and east-disturbed location. You come to a well-equipped house, where the living room and kitchen have an open plan. The ten beds are distributed in four bedrooms and are made when you arrive. In the bathroom there is shampoo., shower sheets and towels. After a long day of skiing, it is nice to light a fire, or the wood-burning sauna. I'm in charge of the wood. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of Åreskutan.

Here you stay in the middle of nature and close to both calm and action-packed experiences.

Here you'll be able to enjoy your own private space including covered deck, kitchen, bathroom, livingroom with a fireplace and a cozy sleeping loft. Please note that the ladder to the loft is steep and narrow. There's a cat and a dog living on the property so if you are allergic, this place is not for you. Parking included on the property.
