The house is built in 1880 and the apartment located on the ground floor has a newly renovated kitchen, working fireplace, washing machine and dryer, and nice original details left. The apartment is located with proximity to both the city and nice nature trails. With only a couple of hundred meters to Storsjön. In the summer, there is proximity to jetty and swimming. Ica is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and also a cozy local pizzeria.

On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available.

The house is next to the house we live in and is surrounded by a large lawn on a growing yard plot where you have access to your own patio.
