Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything in the cabin can be used, including a boat with an electric outboard motor and a canoe. There is a land plot and a child-friendly sandy beach. A few meters out there is a good depth ratio. A brand new floating jetty has been built. New Weber gas grill. Good fishing opportunities. There are a lot of pike, burbot and perch. The TV is connected to Viasat satellite

Cabin on the waterfront.

Cabin located right next to the lake. Suitable for a romantic weekend, fishing trip or recreation. (without TV signals and Wi-Fi.) The cabin has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom with double bed. (2 - 3 beds in the annex.) No private bathroom, but an outhouse. Outdoor shower in the summer months. Canoe and life jackets are available. Great hiking opportunities for mushroom and berry picking. Perch and pike fishing. Free wood for the fireplace and fire pan. Top recreation for those who love nature and outdoor life.

A small and charming house by the sea

A quiet and peaceful alternative where you are almost at the bottom of a cul-de-sac. 40 meters from the sea, with a view all the way to Vestfold. Covered terrace with heat lamp, gas grill and not least hot tub. Saltnes is known for its amazing sunsets, and here you get a grandstand to enjoy both from the hot tub, under the roof on the terrace or from the sofa well wrapped in a blanket. We also have the coastal trail not far away, which offers the opportunity for great trips in our beautiful village.

(Ca 28km) Hytta ligger i Rakkestad kommune. 13 km fra sentrum med alt du trenger av butikker. 13 km fra Rudskogen motorsenter. 5km fra venstre Knolden besøksgård. 44km fra Nordby kjøpesenter på Svinesund. Degernes/Rakkestad og Trømborgfjella med utallige fiskevann og turløyper innen en halvtimes kjøring fra hytta. 10min å gå til Ertevannet

Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child-friendly.

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

You'll have the cabin all to yourself, close to nature with views of water and fields. A 30-minute drive to/from Oslo, or a quick 12-minute train ride followed by a 6 min bus journey - and you’re here. Ski also offers everything you need with a large shopping mall. Prefer not to cook? Get food delivered from nearby restaurants.

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Small cabin by the water

Relax and enjoy beautiful views in peaceful surroundings. Short distance to the water, with the possibility of a swim both from the jetty and small beach. Parking right by the cabin, with space for three cars. Only 1 hour and 10 minutes from Oslo. Short distance to the marina, Rema 1000 (2 km away) and restaurant/pub. Strømstad is about 20 minutes away by car. 20 minutes by car to the idyllic Old Town in Fredrikstad. There are great hiking and cycling opportunities nearby.

The cabin is stacked with kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, private sauna, outdoor fireplace, heat pump, air con, hi-fi equipment, fireplace, baby cot, chairs etc. Please note there is a 100 meter walk from the parking.

The cabin is conveniently located just a one-hour drive from both Oslo and Gardermoen. Its elevated position allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of Hemnessjøen, a popular lake for fishing all year round. During the summer, you can even borrow a boat to explore the lake. Additionally, there are some wonderful hiking areas in close proximity to the cabin, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures and connecting with nature.

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
