Det lille huset ligger med grei avstand til både tog, buss og fergeleiet ved Cicignon. Gå til Storgata på ca 25 minutter. Det er en flott lokasjon og fergen til Gamlebyen (fra Cicignon fergeleie) er kun 15 minutters gange unna. Fergen tar kun noen sekunder og går stort sett hvert 15.minutt. Her har du en egen hage og stor terrasse. Det er èn dobbeltseng, så kan man re opp sovesofaen i stuen og benytte madrasser. Kan være opptil seks personer på overnatting dersom man er fortrolige med hverandre.

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Covered terrace with heating lamp, gas grill and not least a hot tub. Saltnes is known for its amazing sunsets, and here you get the stand space to enjoy both from the hot tub, under a roof on the terrace or from the sofa well buzzed into a blanket. We also have the coastal path not far away, which gives the opportunity for great trips in our nice village.
