Fantastic small house in the middle of Skånska wilderness in Örsnäs by Lake Immeln. Private location with lake property and own dock. Completely renovated in 2025. 3 bedrooms, 4 beds in total. There are also two sofa beds as extra beds in the single rooms. Balcony in masterbedroom. Full equipped kitchen. Wood-burning stove. Patio with barbecue and cozy fireplace. Wood fired hot tub where you can swim overlooking the lake. A rowing boat and a canoe including life vests are included. Kayaks are available to rent for an additional fee. Electric charger for car is available for a fee

Cozy and renovated cottage in a peaceful location in the middle of the forest with the possibility of both relaxation and hiking and mushroom and berry picking as well as other nature experiences. Sauna in the outhouse. Private pond by the house. Fresh bathroom. In the cottage, there is a TV, internet and washing machine. The cabin is located on its own road about 300 meters from Skåneleden. No neighbors. Proximity to outdoor center, outdoor swimming, lakes with swimming, paddling and fishing. By car, you can quickly reach, among other things, Wanås art park and Åhus sandy beaches.

Stay in the middle of nature by your own lake

The cottage is located 200 meters from Kroksjön, where there is a jetty as well as a barbecue area and rowboat. Around the main cabin there is a wooden deck with a fireplace and barbecue. The main cabin is 40 m² divided into kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace and a sofa bed. There is one bedroom with two beds and fresh bathroom. The cottage is newly renovated with a new kitchen, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. TV is available. The guest house, which is about nine meters from the main cabin, is 12 m² and has a family bunk bed with three beds.

Enjoy fantastic views from Badtunnan

Söndraby is a small village in the north-east of Skåne that is beautifully situated on the hillside down towards Oppmannasjön with wonderful views of the lake, is our holiday home. The area is dominated by open lands with grazing cows and horses so it is close to both forest and many lakes. At Oppmannasjön, about 300 meters from the house, there is a swimming area. Shop, pizzeria can be found in Arkelstorp, it is 5 km to get there. The shopping town of Kristianstad is located 25 km from the village and to the small charming town of Sölvesborg it is 23 km.

Chateau Nehlin - cozy cottage in a beautiful setting

Chateau Nehlin is a different cabin with an exciting history located in the middle of Snapphaneskogen in Skåne. In this place you are guaranteed to enjoy. The house is well kept and has the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. On the property, there is a bath-friendly pond with a battery-operated raft. There is a wood fired hot tub for 10 people. In the basement there is an atmospheric and heated room where champagne can be enjoyed. The patio and the large lawns invite to relax and play..
