Timbered cottage by river

This soldier's cottage is located in Löa, 60 km north of Örebro. The farm is located on a ridge overlooking the Löa River. There is a private jetty in the river for swimming and fishing or perhaps a rowing trip in the boat to one of the two lakes between which the river flows. In summer, there are sometimes sheep and chickens on the farm. There is an opportunity to help with the animals. In the village, there are swimming areas, 100 meters to a café where you can buy freshly baked bread for breakfast in the summer, miniature golf, paddle, walking path, and proximity to the forest. Rafts available to rent.

Great views, private with your own boat and jetty

Mona's cottage is privately located with nature close by at Lake Norrsjön. In the cabin there is a living room with a seating area and a sofa bed for two, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a smaller, well-equipped kitchen. The glassed-in porch with a larger seating area has IR heat and brilliant, beautiful views. There is also a seating area on the small south-facing patio. Wireless WiFi is included. Dass as well as a shower with hot water are in a separate storage room. Floating dock and smaller rowing boat included. Dish soap, soap and toilet paper are available for 1-2 days.

Newly built house + sauna, right by the lake

Cozy little house, 10 meters from the lake, 10 minutes outside Nora. Balcony, sauna, private swimming area, jetty and rowboat. Sunsets are best enjoyed in the hammock on the jetty (summer time). The main building is newly built in 2021 with a new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-fired fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors facing the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the exterior and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area close to forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3 km away.

The pearl in Tolvsbo

A very nice accommodation with lake property and beach in a fantastic location. Inside, there is a large area that combines kitchen with living room containing a cozy fireplace. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. No washing machine. Room for six people as the sofa is a sofa bed. The water is not drinkable but dishwashable. There is a filled 10-liter jug on arrival that can be refilled inside the village's local Ica store. Small cottage on the property with four additional beds. Rowboat and canoe are down on the beach. Fishing license required.

Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

Secluded Lakeside Cabin Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakeside retreat. Enjoy a secluded stay with very few neighbors that are out of sight. The cabin sits 10 meters from the lake shore with a private dock. The lake is large and there is a row boat for guest usage. The cabin has one full bedroom and one spacious sleeping loft with two beds and additional storage space. It also has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and access to a porch with a fantastic view.

Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Cottage with an amazing location!

Remote cottage close to water with sun all day. 15 sqm plus an outhouse. Terrace, dock, and boat contribute to a cozy outdoor environment. A very nice location to experience Bergslagen. Parking available, bus communication 4km away. Kitchen, outdoor sink, outdoor shower, three beds (sleeps 4), outhouse. The tenant is responsible for cleaning on the day of departure. Bed linen + towels are to be brought by the guest. If you do not want to clean, we charge a fee of 500 SEK.

Täppan

Täppan is located on the Zentralhof in Rifall, quietly situated on the edge of the forest. There are currently no direct neighbors, and Strasse 233 is 1 km away. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Täppan is freshly renovated, sustainable and furnished with love. The old and the new come together. The old cottage captivates with its two-story veranda. It offers enough space for two people, and if necessary, four people can also feel comfortable.

Cozy cottage on lake plot

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Lovely cottage (bath & fishing)

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.
