Timbered cottage by river

In Löa, 60 km north of Örebro, you will find this soldier's cottage. The farm is located on a sand ridge overlooking Löa river. The cottage has two single beds, a sofa bed and a newly-built bathroom. There is a private jetty in the river for swimming and fishing or maybe a rowing trip in the boat to one of the two lakes that the river flows between. In summer, there are sometimes sheep and chickens on the farm. There is the opportunity to help with the animals. In the village there are swimming areas, a café, mini golf, walking paths and proximity to the forest. Boats are available to rent.

Newly built house + sauna, right by the lake

Cozy little house, 10 meters from the lake, 10 minutes outside Nora. Balcony, sauna, private swimming area, jetty and rowboat. Sunsets are best enjoyed in the hammock on the jetty (summer time). The main building is newly built in 2021 with a new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-fired fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors facing the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the exterior and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area close to forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3 km away.

Great views, private with your own boat and jetty

Mona's cottage is located privately with nature close by at Lake Norrsjön. In the cottage, there is a large living room with a seating area and sofa bed for two, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a smaller, well-equipped kitchen. The glazed porch with a larger seating area has infrared heating and radiant, beautiful views. Wireless Wi-Fi is included. Toilet as well as shower with hot water are in a separate shed. Floating jetty and small rowboat are included. Dishwashing liquid, soap and toilet paper are available for 1-2 days.

Relax in this waterfront cabin on your own private peninsula in the beautiful Dalarna region. Enjoy the 200° water views and spend the days swimming or fishing from the private jetty with 2 kayaks available for use. Pick berries or mushrooms in the nearby forest or walk on beautiful trails. Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

Torp in Spannbyn

You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Fantastic house with wonderful lake location

Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

Cottage with an amazing location!

Remote cottage close to water with sun all day. 15 sqm plus an outhouse. Terrace, dock, and boat contribute to a cozy outdoor environment. A very nice location to experience Bergslagen. Parking available, bus communication 4km away. Kitchen, outdoor sink, outdoor shower, three beds (sleeps 4), outhouse. The tenant is responsible for cleaning on the day of departure. Bed linen + towels are to be brought by the guest. If you do not want to clean, we charge a fee of 500 SEK.

Lovely cottage (bath & fishing)

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.

Gården är belägen ca 6 km norr om Lindesberg. På gården finns får och hästar. Runt omkring finns fina promenadstigar och underbar natur med svamp- och bärmarker. Ca 3 mil norrut ligger Klotens fiskevårdsområde. Närhet till Bergslagsleden. Badplatser finns inom närområdet. Avstånd till Stockholm ca 18 mil och till Örebro ca 4.5 mil. I Lindesberg finns tågstation.
