Cosy wooden summer house with an outstanding view of Gilwa Lake. Situated 2 km from Gietrzwald, geuine gem of Warmia's rustical architecture and history of Warmia in general. 55 sq. meters, built in 1975, well kept, with a nice, small, fenced garden. Ground floor consists of living room with two convertible sofas, long table and a fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with warm/cold water and washing machine. Upstairs: two bedrooms and a balcony. In the vicinity of the house there's a holiday camp, where you can find all of the usual camping site attractions (swimming pool, tennis court, bar, volleyball court, bike rental, boat rental, windsurfing, etc.) extra paid of course. It is a new, year-round, one-story, very warm cottage with an area of 45 m2 with a fireplace and full equipment, a large fridge, a full induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a modern washing machine. A comfortable bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. A bathroom with a shower cabin with mirrors on the walls and a window. Beautiful bedding + double towels for each person. Two parents with two children is the optimal choice.
