Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

A fully equipped year-round cottage is available to guests. Ground floor: living room with a fireplace and access to the observation deck, kitchen, and bathroom with a shower. Upstairs: a south-facing bedroom with a balcony and a view of the lake, and a north-facing bedroom with a view of a wooded hill and a ravine. The bedrooms have beds measuring 160 x 200, 140 x 200, and 80 x 200, as well as bedding and towels. Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Instead of a TV: beautiful views and a fire in the fireplace. Outside, there is a gazebo with a grill and deck chairs. Parking by the cottage.

Our cottage is located on the oxbow lake, so you can enjoy the silence, tranquility and beautiful views. A stay in the village of Budne is a perfect break from the city buzz. Ideal for fishing, forest walks and cycling on the Blue Velo trail, with direct access to the water, dock, beach and forest. Beautiful lake views and peaceful sunsets complete the experience year-round.

The cottage is decorated in such a way that it allows you to find both individual spaces and a common area by the fireplace, a large table or on the terrace.
