This is a 3rd floor apartment in an 8-story building with an elevator. Accommodates up to 4 people (up to 3 adults can accommodate up to 4 people, including children. Please note the bed configuration below). The building has a total of 8 rooms 101-801, and there is only one room on the ground floor. If you would like multiple rooms or rooms on other floors, you can book them from separate listings. 28 m2 studio type. The room has 1 queen size bed and 1 single size sofa bed. Up to 2 people will be provided with a queen size bed, but please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to use an additional single size sofa bed for 2 people. You can enjoy other Netflix video apps on the theater set as follows. You can watch Netflix for free on the theater set projector. In addition, you can also use video apps such as Youtube and Amazon Prime, as well as children's apps. It is equipped with a PC external monitor and high-speed wifi via optical communication to accommodate remote work (as described below, there is a 24 inch TV monitor and a separate private PC monitor for rent.

There are many room facilities, such as a kitchen and a washing machine for long-term guests, including families and business persons. Although the room feels out of the ordinary, you can spend time here and use the room practically. The room comes with two double beds, and up to 4 guests can stay in the room. (It is a 25㎡sized room that is ideal for 2 guests.)
