There are shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby. 2 min. from the apartment is Prati Bus District location for events, exhibitions and fairs.

The FL3 metro train is 400 meters away and has connecting stations with the other metro (A and B) to reach Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, etc. It reaches St. Peter's in 20 minutes, and Trastevere in 25 minutes. Children have swings, a rocking horse and a soccer goal.
