In the completely renovated attic apartment you will find everything you need to feel good: modern bathroom with 2-person shower, fully equipped kitchen-living room, sofa bed with TV corner and a bedroom with king size bed. In the garden there is a natural pool that invites you to refresh yourself.

From the glazed balcony you have an incredibly beautiful view of the ebb and flow of the tide, the island of Neuwerk and the most beautiful sunsets. Sitting here, letting your gaze wander and letting your mind wander is pure deceleration. The beach access is right in front of the apartment. The Wadden Sea invites you to take fascinating walks, including to the island of Neuwerk.

Apartment 224 offers a fantastic view over the sea road from Cuxhaven to the Elbe estuary. From the dining area with a corner bench in dinner style, there is a great view! The balcony with northeast orientation is big enough for breakfast or deck chair. Use of the swimming pool and sauna are included in the rental fee. This bright apartment near the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living room/bedroom with an open kitchen (fully equipped), shower room and south-facing balcony. In the house there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. In the price incl. one car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Can also be booked for a small fee.

Here you can book three kinds of seperate apartements all with a seperate entry, kitchen, livingroom, bedroom, grill and garten with terrasse. In the summer outside is sometimes a pool for all. Relax on the most beautiful sandy beach along the Elbe and stay on a plot of about 6,000 square meters. Peaceful apartment on the Elbe island of Krautsand. Idyllic and quiet location on a former farm for 3 people. As a guest of our apartment, you have the opportunity to use the entire wellness(swimming pool and sauna) and fitness area in the hotel "Elbstrand" 2 minutes away per week.
