The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 75, - (10€) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

Ølsted is a unique village without street lights with a clear view of the starry sky. Ølsted is also on the Margueritruten and is the perfect cycling holiday destination. It is only a 15-minute drive to Faaborg with Svanninge hills, mountains, bike paths and beach - close to Egeskov Castle. Brobyværk Kro is only 3 km away and shopping as well. 15 minutes to the highway.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. We have a lovely apartment in connection with our farm. It is 60 m2 and has a kitchen-bath, bedroom, TV wifi, living room on the 1st floor. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 smaller children. We are close to Vejlby Fed beach Our wilderness food can be used for a fee of DKK 300 or EUR 40. The bath can be used several times for the price. A light cleaning is requested upon departure. If guests do not wish to clean themselves, they can choose to pay a cleaning fee of DKK 400.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.
