Monthly Rentals in Otterville

Dillon's place was exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to get to. Not far from all of the action in Grafton along the river. It had plenty of room for us, and was in immaculate condition. Dillon responded above and beyond to any of our questions...rounding up lawn chairs for us to sit in, and arranging the firepit for us to use later in the evening. He even offered to come pick us up if we "partied too hard" in Grafton. He was very accomodating and friendly. It was a great stay!

This was a nice old house in a small town. We needed a place to stay while making funeral arrangements for a family member. It was perfect for us and peaceful. Much nicer than any of the hotels nearby and very reasonably priced.

We loved the place. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed. Rebecca was very responsive, great stay. It was far better than any hotel options.

Absolutely love this cabin!!! It’s always our go to place when we want to vacation in Grafton. Great and communicative host that is flexible with your plans. Would highly recommend to anyone going to the area!
