The cottage is located high up in the area with proximity to ski tracks, hiking trails and snowmobile trails. Adjacent to the cabin is a 5 km prepared ski track both classic and skate. The snowmobile trail passes about 100 meters from the cabin. The hiking trails will take you to, among other things., Hållvallen, Trillevallen, and Ytterstvallen. Distances - Åre 30 km - Vålådalen 20km - Trillevallen 10 km

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By Sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. Cheerful, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain world! The cottage has a large living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace in a sunny south facing position. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna available. Crib available. Hiking and skiing trails are directly reached nearby. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sled, brewery etc.

Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

Södra Årefjällen's winter and summer path goes right at the property line. Down in the village, about 1 km walk, is Ottsjö Bua, a grocery store where you go food, fishing license and gas.
