Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Nestled at the end of a private road in a quiet location, our house with its enclosed garden of 1000 m² is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends. Close to the charming village of Cany-Barville with all its shops (4 km), the leisure center of Lake Caniel, the Petites Dalles and Veulettes-sur-mer (8 km).

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Gîte 7 km from the sea. Located near the towns of Fécamp (12 km), Etretat (27 km). You will visit the Alabaster Coast, land of the High Cliffs. You can take walks to Lake Caniel for summer tobogganing, water skiing, bowling... In the gite formula, you have towels and sheets. On the other hand, you do not have breakfasts included but can take them as an option, you just have to let us know when you arrive.
