Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the countryside. Nice for couples and for families with children 6-12 years old. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, biking and a wonderful place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or to enjoy beautiful skies. Visit a museum, go out for dinner or cook yourself. It has a lovely garden with unique sun terrace ON the lake, its own kitchen and is suitable for couples and also for business travelers.
