The location is perfect: within 10 minutes cycling in the cozy center of Doetinchem, within a few minutes walking in the nature reserve De Zumpert and within 5 minutes driving on the A12. In addition, very centrally located in the beautiful rural area of De Achterhoek.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the heart of the Achterhoek, between Doetinchem and Gaanderen, lies the Maalderij. Rarely have you slept so well in a factory where there is an atmosphere of the most diligent industry, which goes hand in hand with atmosphere, luxury and tranquility. Cozy vacation home in the Achterhoek, rural location but still close to the village of Silvolde. In the yard are several hobbies, a trampoline, go-karts, large garden all around with a HOT TUB, Finnish wood-fired barrel sauna, BBQ, terrace stove, garden furniture. The house has a large play attic. There are 10 beds for adults, but there are also camping beds. The house is a real family home, so I do not rent to groups of friends under 40 years old. We are fond of peace and quiet.

Welkom in de ruime studio van Izzy. De houtkachel verwarmd de gezellige grote ruimte. Je kan heerlijk neerploffen in de zithoek, een plaatje draaien en tot rust komen. Voor de avondmaaltijd maak je gebruik van eigen keuken en diner je aan de stamtafel. Bij het vallen van de avond staat het hemelbed voor je klaar. Schuif je de gordijntjes dicht en geniet je een heerlijke nachtrust. De volgende dag, eerst de houtkachel aan én nodigt de omgeving je graag uit voor een mooie verkenning!

Zowel in de winter als in de zomer, is het heerlijk vertoeven in deze cottage, waar u tijdens uw verblijf van alle faciliteiten gebruik kunt maken. Ulft is een leuke uitvalsbasis voor het ondernemen van diverse sportieve, culturele en/of culinaire activiteiten!
