This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Our accommodation is located in the historic city center of Utrecht. The space is close to all the wonderful museums, good restaurants, and cafes. You'll love my place because it's an accommodation in a century-old wharf cellar, with all the trimmings. The basement was completely renovated in early 2019 and furnished with a new modern kitchen with all necessary appliances. The place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The accommodation has its own entrance.

Green (family) oasis within walking distance of the city center

Authentic, comfortable workers' house (1910) with lovely garden. A quiet place in a village part of Utrecht and yet close to shops, stations and the city center, with all kinds of nice coffee and eateries 'around the corner'. There are 3-4 sleeping places: the "master bedroom" (bed 140x200) and the sofa bed in the living room (120x200), all without morning sun. Furthermore, you can put your own crib in the room of one of my daughters.

A charming home dating from 1916, ideally located just a stone’s throw from the Singel and a short distance from the town centre. Fully refurbished internally in 2020, the property combines authentic character with modern living comfort. It is about a 20 minute walk from the station. You can hire bikes at the station, or a five minute walk from the house. Ideal for experiencing Leiden like a local.
