Holiday rentals with beach access in Oued Laou

We had a great time! The accommodation was as described, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is ideal for discovering the region. I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. Yasser was a very likeable and accommodating host. The accommodation was extremely clean and quiet. The location was perfect – from the balcony you had a beautiful view of the sea, which is only a few steps from the front door. My children had a great time in the pool, and the entire complex was very well maintained and well guarded. Overall, we felt very comfortable there and had a nice time. We had a pleasant time getting acquainted with this part of Morocco, and Soal, her husband and his family, were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We only speak English, and she was available every time we needed her, especially when we had a minor car accident right in front of the driveway! The house is huge and was accurately described in the posting. (Not always the case, we are discovering!) They seemed like family from the start, and I know we will be back there someday!

I had a great experience! The place was super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Mariam was very kind, always checking in and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect and close to many spots. I truly felt at home. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely come back!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was spotless, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Location was perfect close to all the attractions. The best place to choose and we would definitely stay here again and again!

The accommodation was perfect for enjoying the calm and panoramic sea views, and if you're a hiking fan you'll find a private beach just 6 minutes away.

Communication with Mariam was great and fast. Huge friendly woman. We were welcomed by Mariam's parents and what a huge sweet people they are. House is beautiful, the location is enormously central and in a quiet neighborhood. We only found the beach far to walk and all along the busy road, but that will be more important because we are not used to it. We highly recommend renting this beautiful house and making you feel very welcome by Mariam and her parents. We'd love to come back.

The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. My parents were very happy and felt right at home. This is my 3rd time in Cabo Negro, I know where to go if I ever come back. Definitely at Reda's, at Mirador Golf. Beautiful apartment, very clean, a well equipped kitchen, nice decor in the living room, and a magnificent view of the Tetouan mountains. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Cabo beach is a 5min drive (about 40min walk). Otherwise, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool, which closes early enough on the other hand, at 6:30 p.m. (but the owner had nothing to do with it). In case, I would recommend!

We have been able to enjoy it immensely and will definitely come back.
