Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Oued Tensift

Un grand merci Manau pour l'accueil! La villa est une très belle maison à étage, de 3 chambres, bien équipée, climatisée, dans un lotissement privé avec gardien, à 15 min en voiture du centre de Marrakech. Par ailleurs, elle est à 2 pas de plusieurs golfs pour les amateurs. La seule petite gêne ressentie concerne le bruit la nuit dans les chambres côté rue, dans la mesure où, à notre surprise, la rue est beaucoup plus passante qu'il n'y parait. Les boules quies sont utiles. Le petit bonus est la cuisinière Saida qui a vraiment été fabuleuse et qui nous a préparé des plats absolument succulents.

Bravo, la maison ressemble parfaitement aux photos ! Le terrain de padel et de foot sont incroyable pour faire un peu de sport tout en s’amusant ! Je recommande à 100%

Magnifique villa dans un cadre apaisant, une belle vue sur l’atlas. La pisicine est incroyable, les extérieurs sont bien entretenus. Ce fut un pur moment de détente. Un immense merci au gardien qui veille à la sécurité, un homme adorable, gentil et toujours souriant ! Un endroit que je recommande.

Our stay at this Riad was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not as guests, but as family. The Riad itself is stunning — every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending traditional Moroccan beauty with comfort and serenity. The attention to detail, the peaceful atmosphere, and the breathtaking views made it the perfect retreat. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

La maison est tout simplement magnifique, décorée avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Chaque détail est soigneusement pensé pour offrir un cadre à la fois chaleureux, confortable et raffiné. L’accueil a été excellent : le propriétaire s’est montré extrêmement attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif tout au long du séjour. Un véritable atout de cette adresse est le service de restauration proposé sur place. Nous avons eu le plaisir de déguster de délicieux tajines, préparés avec des produits frais, bio et locaux. Du petit déjeuner au dîner, chaque repas était un régal pour les papilles. Une expérience authentique, que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation.

I celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful riad in Marrakech with 9 of my girlfriends, and it was an unforgettable experience! The house is spacious, and full of charm — the perfect setting for a special occasion. Aziz, the owner, welcomed us warmly when we arrived, and although we only saw him once, his hospitality was felt throughout our stay. His amazing assistant, Youssef, was with us every day and made our experience seamless. He helped us organize all our excursions, transfers, and any other needs we had — always with a smile and so much care. The riad is fully staffed with a cleaning team and talented chefs who prepared the most delicious meals for us. We also enjoyed spending time at the on-site farm, with its many animals and horses. One of the sweetest moments was when Aziz’s 5-year-old son gave us a tour of the property — he totally stole our hearts! We also went horse riding, which was such a fun and unique part of the trip. Overall, we had an incredible week! MERCI

Without a shadow of a doubt, Rena is the greatest host I have ever come into contact with. From the moment we booked to the moment we checked out, Rena continued to be proactive in responding to our many queries. If there were issues with the property, Rena dealt with them immediately. Our stay wouldn’t have been anywhere near as good as it was if it wasn’t for Rena and her constant support. The property itself is beautiful. There’s a security guard out at the front so there’s no concerns for your safety at the property. Spacious rooms. Beautiful lounge onlooking the pool. Big kitchen equipped with everything you’d need to cook with. For our family of 9, it truly was the perfect place to stay. It’s just a shame that we didn’t get to use the fire pit, grill or even have a quick game of volleyball. The padel court onsite is amazing and often available for you to use whenever you like. If we’re ever in Marrakech again, I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Rena!

It was a good apartement for just me. Unfortunately I could have ot pnly for one night, because it was reserved for next day. The owner was responding quickly, politely and gave exact instructions on how to check in. The only thing to notice, is that the location of the apartement was across the street (on the other side), ehile the location sent first had me looking in a small alleyway on the wrong side). The building's name is anyway marked, and easy to see, so if I had payed a little more attention I would have found it instsntly. If I return to Marrakech, I will stay here again.

Excellente expérience dans ce bel appartement. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût et la terasse avec piscine était juste sublime. Tout est propre et l'hôte est très réactive. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Merci encore une fois d'avoir rendu ce séjour familial inoubliable 🩵

Verblijf bij Smahane is top. Ze reageert snel en is erg vriendelijk. Het apartment is zoals op de foto’s. Je kan de zonsondergang bekijken vanaf het balkon. Keuken is schoon en er is veel keukengerei om mee te koken als je dat wil. In de buurt is er een grote supermarkt. Ik raad dit apartement zeker aan.

She was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our entire holiday. During our stay, we encountered a minor plumbing issue, which she resolved promptly and efficiently. As a kind gesture, she even offered us some delicious, authentic Moroccan treats to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, she went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans ce logement. Tout était parfait. L’hospitalité des hôtes était remarquable, toujours disponibles et attentionnés pour rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable. Tout était conforme aux photos et même mieux en vrai ! Je recommande à 100 % ce logement et j’y reviendrai sans hésitation lors de mon prochain passage à Marrakech. Merci encore pour cette merveilleuse expérience !

Nous avons eu un accueil très agréable. Nous avons eu le droit à plusieurs conseils et recommandations la part de Siam. Même pendant le séjour Siam reste disponible pour chacune de nos questions. Le logement est très propre et très bien situé à proximité de différents restaurants, du jardin Majorelle. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci à vous ☺️
