Riad holiday rentals in Oued Tensift

The Riad was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect location within the Medina and walking distance to most attractions. Alice has done a great job decorating the place. Abdou and Fatima made our stay seamless, easy and special. They made a great spread every morning for breakfast. Abdou was particularly helpful in making restaurant suggestions…Atay Cafe and L’Mida were both great choices.

Rachid’s place is a beautiful calm oasis in the heart of the Medina. Fantastic interior design touches and lush planting frame a heated plunge pool on the ground floor where you can relax over a cold drink with the sounds of running water and bird song. We ate on the rooftop terrace some evenings - there is a handy kitchenette up there with a sink and fridge and sun loungers. The showers have good pressure and the beds are super comfy. Do not hesitate to book this excellent place. You won’t regret it. Thanks also to host Mohammed for meeting and orientating us when we arrived and arranging transport to the airport when we left. We loved staying in Chantal’s riad! The space is truly beautiful and every room is so unique. Super fun staying in the Medina and being able to explore the surroundings areas - very central location. Booking transportation from the airport to the bnb was super helpful as well since it can be a bit difficult navigating through the Medina for the first time. Also highly recommended trying out the breakfast there - super fresh and it was the perfect start to our morning!! Highly recommend this riad for anyone visiting Marrakech :-)

An unforgettable girls’ trip in the most beautiful villa! We stayed at this stunning villa in Morocco for a girls’ trip with 13 women, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how breathtaking and secluded the property was—perfect for a relaxing and luxurious escape. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Saloua and her amazing team—they went above and beyond for us every single day and made us feel so welcome and cared for. Honestly, they couldn’t do enough for us! Every detail was thoughtful, the setting was peaceful and private, and the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We made memories that will last a lifetime—and we are already planning our return. This place is a hidden gem and we can’t recommend it enough!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Es ist so schön wie auf den Fotos und man könnte ganze Abende dort entspannt verbringen. Wir waren nur zu viert und waren uns erst nicht sicher, ob das ganze Gebäude wirklich für uns ist. Ibtissam war super nett und hat uns ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet und hat mir sogar mehrere Aker Fassi besorgt, damit ich nicht feilschen muss. Man kämpft nachts gegen ein paar Mücken, weil die Türen nicht ganz dicht sind. Aber ab der zweiten Nacht hatten wir keine Probleme mehr und die Mücken sind langsam. Kleiner Tipp: Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten auf Maps, um zum Riad zu gelangen. Man muss die zweite Route wählen, wo auch das Riad Christina in der Nähe liegt. (Wenn euch Personen den Weg zeigen möchten, erwarten sie dafür Geld.) Statt Shampoo, hatten wir Duschgel im Bad. Es war alles sehr sauber und einfach wirklich schön und wir würden wiederkommen!

Reginas Dar ist ein wundervoller Ort, um Marrakesch zu erkunden. Das Haus ist dafür ideal gelegen, sehr nah zu allen wichtigen Attraktionen und dennoch völlig ruhig. Zum Jamaa El Fna sind es nur gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Dar selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und enthält alles, was man zum unbeschwerten Genießen benötigt. Der wunderschöne Pool und die Dachterrasse laden zum unbeschwerten Genießen ein und verströmen ein Gefühl des Luxus. Genau das, was man nach einem langen Tag in den Souks schätzt. Der gesamte Dar ist blitzsauber und in bestem Zustand. Dafür sorgen Regina und Khadija, die immer mit Rat, Tat und Informationen aushelfen, wenn man sie benötigt. Obwohl Regina nicht vor Ort war, hat sie immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Das Frühstück von Khadija war sensationell gut und immer ganz frisch zubereitet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und empfehlen diesen Dar aus voller Überzeugung. Danke für Eure großzügige Gastfreundschaft.

Dès la réservation Cristina & Paolo ont été très réactifs et ont préparé au mieux notre arrivée. Nous avons été émerveillées par la beauté du riad et la gentillesse du personnel. Ce riad est le lieu idéal pour se rassembler ef partager des moments conviviaux. Je remercie encore l’ememble du personnel pour leur disponibilité.

The Riad is charming. It's in an old house but has everything you need and is a quite place in the middle of the hustling medina. Check-in and check-out were went smooth.

L’emplacement du Riad est vraiment super pour accéder à la médina et en même temps, c’est un havre de paix. Bahija et Hakima sont au petit soin et grâce à elles le Riad est toujours parfaitement entretenus. Nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse et du bassin qui sont hyper agréables pour se délasser après une journée passée à visiter. Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the riad! But what made it extra special was Fatima, she was our little grandma, she looked after us and cooked us such yummy food! Aziza really made the experience for us. The road is beautiful. The pool was nice and cold which was very much welcome in the 40degree heat. The area was very safe and the people were so kind. It was nice and peaceful inside the road just a doorway away from the hustle and bustle outside. Thank you!

I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb in Marrakesh. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and genuine. The host was communicative and helpful, providing clear directions and local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. Nous avons été séduit par ce Riad qui nous a fait tout de suite nous sentir chez nous, en pleine Médina. Tout était accessible à pied. Ce qui nous a vraiment frappé c est le calme et le côté apaisant tout en étant à deux pas des souks. Le Riad a été parfaitement conçu et convient parfaitement à une famille de 4 personnes. Le petit bassin sur le roof top a vraiment été appréciable au moment de l’apéro. Lydie et son marie ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Séjourner dans ce super Riad au calme dans un quartier sécurisé a contribué à faire de ce gros week-end un moment inoubliable. Encore Merci pour votre accueil.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à Marrakech ! Le riad était superbe, parfaitement propre, très bien décoré, et totalement privatisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour en toute intimité. Les chambres et salles de bain étaient spacieuses et impeccables. Notre hôte a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin : toujours à l’écoute, réactive, et d’une grande gentillesse. Elle s’est occupée de nos transferts avec efficacité et a toujours répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Dar Bablou is a little piece of heaven. Just a 25-minute drive from the airport, it’s nestled in a peaceful village far from the madding crowd—perfect if you’re seeking tranquillity. Our days were blissfully spent lounging by the pool, occasionally visited by friendly chickens, peacocks, and tortoises. For meals, you can stroll five minutes to the lovely Berber Lodge for lunch or dinner, or make use of the well-equipped kitchen at the villa to prepare something simple and satisfying. In the early evenings, we enjoyed walking through the village and along the hillside paths, especially beautiful at sunset. The villa itself is stunning, and we truly loved our stay. Communication was excellent throughout. We’ll definitely be booking again—and honestly, we’re still regretting not extending our stay after our return flight got delayed!

À mon arrivée j étais un peu sceptique concernant le quartier, mais j ai rapidement découvert une vie de quartier authentique et traditionnelle, C est ce qui fait tout le charme de ce Riad : on est plongé au cœur de la vraie vie locale, au plus près des habitants et de leur quotidien.Le Riad en lui même est impeccable très propre, bien entretenu avec une équipe réactive chaleureuse et toujours à l écoute , Les chambres sont confortables et décorées avec goût. Le jacuzzi un vrai plus idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte . Une très belle expérience ! Je recommande les yeux fermés

We LOVED our stay at Ali’s villa! It was for our friends hen do weekend and we were blown away with the accomodation. It looks even better than the pictures!!! Rhe rooftop was amazing and the pool area brought both traditional and modern vibes to life. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Towels and all toiletries were provided and we even had a wonderful lady serve us breakfast and help us around the villa on the first day. Would recommend this place to anyone! Easy location too, 15-20 minutes to the Medina! Really peaceful :) Thank you.
