Excellent location, on the 6th floor, with sea view and sunset, beach access less than 50 m and access to the center of Cabourg by the dike less than 500 m on foot. In addition, small well-appointed apartment. We'll remember the address!

An impeccable apartment where nothing is missing and the decoration is soothing. The furniture is chosen with taste and quality. 2 steps from the main avenue where all the shops are. the accommodation is at the foot of the market. Its location is in total quiet and its access in the building is at the end of the corridor of the last floor and moreover cut by a door between landing which makes it totally soundproof. A small balcony with chairs and table. A real wonder, a gem! I will definitely come back! and thank you Alexandrine for your availability 🙏🤗

We used their place as a base for 3 nights to visit the museums, tapestry, and Saturday market--all within walking distance. We also toured the Normandy beaches and the Place de Quebec (where many tours pickup) is just a 5 minute walk away. Wonderful shops, restaurants, things to see and do--we wanted to stay longer! The washer/dryer was so helpful on our month long tour!

nice apartment everything you need. The garden was great in the great weather. The landlady is super nice and always wrote to see if everything was okay. Very well located apartment for a stay in Cabourg. The sunny balcony during the middle of the afternoon, until sunset, makes this apartment very pleasant! Sandra is a charming host and very flexible on schedules.

swimming pool was under maintenance. Accommodation very good, nice that there is an elevator. Small but functional. There was a defect with the shutter in the living room but was repaired very quickly with the help of Estelle. Would definitely rent this accommodation again.

We had a fantastic time in the vicinity of Caen. With a beautiful view of nature. This is a perfect base for exploring Normandy.

We had a very good stay at Marie Noelle's. The balcony view is beautiful, the apartment is very clean and very well located 50 meters from the sea and shops. We hardly took the car from the stay. Very good communication with the host. We will be happy to return to this very pleasant and comfortable accommodation. I recommend it.

Very good stay in Sophie's apartment, extremely well located and very pleasant with very comfortable bedding. We were even able to take advantage of the swimming pool which was heated! Check in and check out was able to be done at flexible times thanks to the availability of Jérôme (concierge) which we greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this listing for a stay in Cabourg.

Very nice accommodation, splendid view of the sea and the setting sun, direct access to the sea (less crowded area than the surrounding areas), everything you needed for baby equipment. Marie is very caring and concerned that our stay goes well (stay guide document, messages, responsiveness, etc.). We thank him and recommend this accommodation!

Just back from a wonderful mini break at Thys beautiful apartment that overlooks the see and the port. The space is well laid out and has everything that you need. Highly recommended
