Located on the top floor without an elevator with a wide staircase and its own private parking space, this bright apartment is in a maintained and overlooked residence, it has a separate bedroom, a sofa bed and an umbrella bed. Close to all shops, the port and the 4-lane road connecting to Caen. Every Friday morning, a market is set up with its local products a 10-minute walk away. I live 7 minutes away by car if needed.
