In the immediate vicinity of Oulu University Hospital, a beautiful yard cottage in connection with a detached house for overnight stay. Peaceful and safe location only 3 km from the center. There's plenty of parking in the yard. There is space in the building for 1-2 people, 3 accommodations if needed. Please note that the accommodation is in the loft. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No kitchen. Private toilet and shower. The sauna is not available on the duration of the stay. Portable Picking Device as of July 20, 2024.

We rent a fully renovated and equipped studio in a good and peaceful location. The apartment is within walking distance of the airport. To the airport about 1.5km and shop about 1km away. There are ski trails/ jogging trails next door and a barbecue canopy with one end of the duplex. The apartment has a TV, WiFi connection, sleeping places for a total of 4 people (sofa+sofa bed) WII game console. The flat is cleaned by a professional maid (1 cleaning included).
