The house is wonderful :) all the support from Susana and Mr. Nuno was exceptional! Nothing was missing! Extremely clean house with everything you need to spend a relaxing family vacation, close enough to Tomar to visit and go shopping and far enough away to be in the quiet of the countryside. For sure, repeating it!!

We just finished our vacation at Paul’s villa. We had a really nice, calm, and refreshing 10-day stay. The view is amazing — it felt as if we were living in the woods, waking up to the pleasant sounds of birds. It’s the perfect place to recharge and forget about your usual routine. The house is well-equipped, and everything is just as described. The beach is about 15 minutes away by car. Even though the weather wasn’t very warm and was a bit windy, the pool area is designed in such a way that you don’t feel the wind and can still enjoy sunbathing. All the rooms are quite spacious and have enough storage for your belongings. The 360° terrace allows you to enjoy the sun at any time of day and offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and have some time to themselves. Thank you Paul, we wish you the best of luck!

We had a great and relaxing stay, totally enjoyed the pool, the great space, huge TV, WiFi - and Jacqueline is such a friendly host! It’s a perfect base for doing windsports in the lagoon (with a car). There is a huge play room for kids, too!

We were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 children, and I have to say that the house is spacious, clean and modern. It's one of the few houses that the photos don't do justice, it's much better when you arrive. Jose was very friendly when we entered, he showed us around and explained all the features of the house, and when we left he was very friendly. I really recommend it 100%. We even had a Christmas tree, a nice touch, and the pool was super clean, although we didn't swim, and there's a barbecue.

Peaceful and quiet place. Very clean inside and out. Everything as described. Edite was very friendly and always available to help. The property feels very private even though it's close to owners house.

I only wish that Anabella could hear all the ‘wows!’, gasps of delight and smiles of appreciation for this wonderful property as you walk through the door!! Set in a quiet hillside location, It is just the most beautifully laid out home… modern, yet rustic… simply furnished but oh so comfortable with cosy lighting and quirky touches!! Everything has been catered for and thought about.. it is super well equipped and even provides a juicer for the ample supply of oranges growing on the trees in the garden… such a treat! The house is tastefully decorated with Anabella’s personalised and creative touches. The soft ambient lighting both inside and out elevate this property to another level after dark! We stayed as a family of nine with two little ones.. who adored the pool and loved watching their favourite programmes on the big screen! We ate in every evening, such were the glorious sunset views from the terrace table. Thank you, Anabella, for sharing your beautiful home with us..

I spent a weekend at Margarita's place and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is clean, bright, nicely furnished, with a large kitchen and outdoor dining area that's lovely in the evenings. It's in a small village so obviously you shouldn't expect everything in the world at your doorstep, but that's part of the point. There's a little cafe in town with Benfica TV (came in handy this past weekend) and a supermarket an eight minute drive away. It was a bit chilly so I didn't spend a ton of time in the pool but in warmer weather, it would be a great place to hang out with friends and relax. Great value for money, excellent communication, easy check in and check out, I highly recommend Margarida's.

Beautiful villa. Had everything we needed - 7 adults. Very quiet location. Small supermarket 10 minute walk, massive LeClerc 20 min drive. Beach walkable (think you might want a car if you have young kids). Have to pay extra for heating the pool and aircon. Host is excellent at responding to queries and has great suggestions for places to eat. We had a great week. Would recommend villa and host.

Excellent stay at Ana's place 5 minute drive to Ericeria, Portugal. Soaring ceilings, beautiful views, lots of space, private gated driveway and high end furnishings and decor. We were only 2 people and this home could easily accommodate many more. Gigantic dining room table overlooking the breathtaking living room. Would suggest to owner getting an internet repeater device. It has great connectivity but only in the back office which is the room furthest from the main area and very spotty coverage in the main part of the house. We are online a lot for work and was a minor drawback. Don't miss this home when in beautiful Portugal!

We (2 families) spent great days in the house. We really appreciated the proximity to the beach, the pool with a view and the privacy. Mimi was super nice and helpful. A place you'd love to go again.

Elsa is a wonderful Host, just like her incredible villa. From the reservation, through the arrival to our departure, we were accompanied with kindness and benevolence throughout this experience. The house is ideal for hosting a large family, or groups. We had an extraordinary stay, in complete privacy, in this vast and comfortable place. This is a magical place and we are very thankfull that we could make it our home for a long weekend. It was beautiful from the inside and the outside. With cosy corners to sit and read by yourself, or nice bigger tables to eat or chat with the whole group together. The pool, the view, it is even more breath taking then on the pictures. Hey, and this Airbnb is shockingly. The coziest place and the most high quality Airbnb I saw so far in portugal. A plenty of card games, every single essential for cooking you ever need to use, plenty of towels, even scissors, checkin is smooth, the host send a whole guide for area for restaurants to visit! The best experience! I extended on as much as I could on the other places this person hosts and if I ever travel to the countries where the host has airbnbs now I’m going to Switzerland feeling excited, wishing she had Airbnb there also

Dora was super nice! The house is spectacular and has everything we need for a weekend with friends. Spacious rooms and amazing pool! We recommend this house and will definitely stay again. The hostess lives near the house but there was no problem. Thank you so much for the stay!

Excellent house for a retreat with friends. A quiet and isolated location. The house is equipped with everything and more. Sónia was always very helpful with information, and always helped regardless of the time. Very flexible check-in. I highly recommend it, if you want a place to rest.

We had the great pleasure of spending six wonderful days in Jorge's fantastic villa near Nazaré – and can recommend the accommodation without reservation! Jorge was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host who made us feel welcome from the first moment. He was always available if questions arose and always tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The villa itself is beautifully located, quiet and offers a wonderful view. It is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The fantastic pool, which provided refreshment and fun for young and old every day, is particularly noteworthy. We also greatly appreciated the leisure opportunities on the property - the foosball table and the pool table, although a bit old, were a great change and not only gave the children a lot of fun. I went to meet my brother and his family to spend Christmas together , Maria Helena was vey flexible and friendly, explained that party wasn’t aloud as described but a family meeting would be welcome because Christmas is a special occasion, we had a wonderful family dinner, place is absolutely stunning, Maria Helena and her husband are very friendly and Helpful. Maria Helena showed around and explained how to use the facilities. The house is big and beautiful, kitchen has everything we need , weather was cold because the winter but the place has heating and 2 wood fire and enough wood to burn inside and outside if need . Stunning mountains view. I recommend anyone who goes hire a car to explore around . The Nazaré beach is stunning ( famous for the highest waves in the world) . Villages around ate beautiful snd clean , it stands out for the oranges , small trees with oranges everywhere, locals also put bags of oranges around in fences for free , we enjoyed oranges from her garden .

Very quiet private area to spend a few days relaxing, outside the big cities

We loved the space, the pool water is heated so when it was windy, it was better to be in the water than out. The area surrounding the pool is also very pleasant. We fell in love with the inflatable unicorn and loved meeting 🐶 the friendly dogs and cats in the neighborhood. The game room was fantastic, we loved the pool, the air-hockey sometimes got a little stuck but it was excellent, the ping-pong also delighted us and the giant screen made all the difference in our marathon series evenings. Andy is fantastic, attentive, helpful, friendly and very welcoming. We were 4 people, one with reduced mobility and in acute pain crisis in the kneecap and this one could not enjoy so much because there are stairs to climb to the house, inside it to the room and outside also to the game room.
