Mini cottage of La Fontaine

In 1998, the purchase of the mill with its pond marked the beginning of an extraordinary adventure. Three years later, the first gite in the garden was born, offering visitors a haven of peace. In 2006, the second upstairs cottage was created. The year 2016 was marked by the layout of the garden for the trailer, bringing a touch of originality to the place. In 2017, the little cottage was born. And in 2024, a novelty appeared: the houseboat, offering a unique and unusual experience for guests.

Old winemaker's house

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Family home since its construction in the last quarter of the nineteenth century by a great-grandfather of the owner, who was a winegrower, then inhabited by the family of one of his sons, himself a winegrower. It is located in the center of the charming village of Ousson with a small private inner courtyard and not overlooked, very close to the Loire. It has a garage accessible by the inner courtyard, and by Rue du 14 Juillet.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space, located on the ground floor of the owners house 2 minutes from a small river. Bonny-sur-Loire has a very old past, of which there are still some remains. You will find all tourist information at the Maison de Pays. In the city center, Bonny has all the necessary shops. But mainly, you are between 20 and 30 minutes from many places to visit: Canal de Briare, Château de Guedelon, Sancerre, Château de St Fargeau, Gien and its earthenware.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.
